I had a very positive and professional experience with LifeBack Law Firm. I am an anxious person and the team at Lifeback Law Firm made sure I was kept well in the loop and reassured me throughout the process. Communication was very good and they were responsive. Specifically, Danielle, Sagal, Desi, Julie, Sheryl, Ashley, Caroline Gina and Jesse. I signed up online and received an email setting me up with Danielle. My first contact was from Caroline, who provided me with some additional forms prior to my meeting with Danielle and introduced me to Sagal, Danielle's Legal Assistant. Danielle assisted me with uploading all the necessary documentation needed to file my bankruptcy. Once I had my meeting with Danielle, they drafted my petition and Sagal provided me with those documents. Any questions I had along the way, Danielle and Sagal did an outstanding job answering them or getting me answers. Any information I needed to see from my creditors was provided to me by Desi and she was always ready if I needed to ask any questions about them. Ashley ensured I was ready for my meeting of creditors (341) and checked with me on the completion of my second course of bankruptcy. Julie followed up prior to my meeting of creditors with call in information. During the Meeting of Creditors, one of my creditors appeared after I was allowed to sign off and Jesse, who was representing LifeBack at that hearing, was on top of it. He called me immediately after and discussed what had occurred when I was not present. His prompt response allowed me to reply back with additional information. My bankruptcy was slightly delayed due to this creditor, however, Danielle was right there to keep me focused and calm my anxiety. At the end, I received my Discharge and I could not have been more happy and relieved by this teams work. Right after receiving my discharge, Gina, Credit Repair Specialist, was right there to discuss how to move forward and repair my credit. I felt very well taken care of by everyone mentioned above and I did not feel judged in my moment of weakness. The thought of bankruptcy brought me shame and made me feel like a failure. LifeBack treated me with respect and dignity. If you are looking for a team who has many professionals, knows their stuff and can help you get your life back on track, this is the firm to hire. The decision to find help was difficult. The best thing we did was to call LifeBack Law. We received a call back from Col who asked questions to get some background on our situation. She answered questions and talked through the differences about Chapter 7 vs chapter 13 and provided resources to read up on each. We were given a list of items to bring with us to a signing meeting where we worked with Timothy Tonga. Tim gathered more in-depth information from us and helped determine which route was the best choice in our situation. He filed a week later. After that we received emails from Julie about next steps, a copy of the petition and she provided another contact Sheryl who would help us gather any other information that was missing before the 341 meeting. So far the process has gone very smoothly. At no time has any of our contacts at LifeBack Law made us feel ashamed (we do enough of that ourselves) of our decision. Their purpose is to provide the best outcome for our situation with compassion for what we are going through. It will be a struggle over the next few years, but we’ll make it work. I wish we would have contacted them before we sold off some of our possessions to pay bills. A huge thank you to all for the help and guidance.

Finances were great, until I took a hit in hours and realized there was no way I could keep up with bills while having anything to eat with. It was a hard decision to file bankruptcy and looking over it all, it all seemed like so much that I realized I had to contact the professionals.
