Best car wash and friendly people. I was very impressed. I came in for my free carwash only to find out that it had expired. Cashier handled it like a pro and honored the coupon. Also she made me a Cloud 9 customer. Thanks.

I so appreciated the free car wash for my birthday. The employees did a great job of wiping down the inside of the doors so they won’t freeze shut in frigid Minnesota. With extra expenses during the holiday season, it was nice to have something free for once.

I’ve always taken my car here. The staff does a really good job at cleaning my cars. I have never had any issues here. This is a really good car wash for a good price. Whenever I need to wash my and I can’t do it by hand I take it here.

I’ve been getting my cars washed at Cloud 9 for about 20 years. I’ve never had a problem and the staff is great. Lots of great options and have also,had them detail my vehicles as well. The owners Rob and Rick are great guys and are always working right alongside their employees.
They take pride in their business and making sure all,customers are completely satisfied.
Cloud 9 is the ONLY place I go for for washing and detailing.

This is the best car wash in this market, bar none!! I've been coming here for many years and have never had a bad experience. I'm so pleased that I shell out the money 6 months in advance for their unlimited car wash plan. I had my front carpets shampooed yesterday afternoon, took about 20 minutes and they look like new! Also, I see employees that have been there for quite some time so they must treat their help very respectfully! Be nice if the owners would smile and say hello with a little more enthusiasm but hey.......maybe it's their personality.

I had driven through a pool of white paint on the street (France Ave, to be precise) a few weeks ago, and that left white paint spatter on both sides, front and back, of my red car. Chris confirmed that it was latex paint, and gave me a quote for removal, also recommending a waxing after said paint removal.
What a great customer experience—not only did they clean off the spatter, but also did an amazing job on the wheels and rims + the outside *and* inside windows, and the dashboard, so much that was above and beyond what I had requested! Thank you, I am really happy with your service, am telling my neighbors, and publishing it here…nice job, I am a very happy customer!

The very best place to go! Service is outstanding. Tiffany was an absolute delight to speak with and very informative, helpful, and kind. You could tell that she was proud to be working there and she was incredibly complimentary to her hard-working team. Easy in and out. They're also doing great following CDC guidelines!
