I’m so glad I found Dr Krull at Flying Cloud Animal Hospital. Dr. Crow is so patient when I ask many questions about my dog. He’s very honest and caring about all the animals. I feel that my dog is very safe in his hands. I haven’t felt that way about other veterinarians for a very long time.

We brought our elderly dog to the clinic for years and now our new Sheltie puppy. Dr. Krull answered all of our questions and we know Wally is in capable hands.

The best experience I've ever had at a veterinary clinic, and given the reason for the visit was not under the best of circumstances, that really speaks volumes. I thought I'd pay through the nose for an experience like this, but it was very reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you for putting owner education and patient care as top priorities.

They took great care of my older dog who recently got neutered. We had an unfortunate experience with another clinic and they assured us it wouldn't happen here. Although their pricing was a bit higher than other places, it was worth it for the level of service and attentiveness we received.

Calvin's head was so big after being showered with attention at the clinic! Thank you so for taking such good care of my little piggies. The cost was very reasonable and the service was top notch! Will definitely use this clinic again!

We were very happy with the care our pup received. He seems to have a digestive issue and the vet reviewed a number of causes for the problem with a good discussion of care and follow-up.

This place is absolutely wonderful. We have a yellow lab that has a lot of energy for how old he is and they took such good care of him. He went in for surgery and they made sure he was comfortable and it overall went so well. Their prices are affordable and they don't try and up charge anything (: thank you!

We have been bringing our pets to FCAH for probably three decades. We always have great care for our animals and this time was no different. Dr Peterson examined our aging cat with compassion, answered all our questions and gave us some sound advice.

I highly recommend Flying Cloud Animal Hospital. They are very professional, caring, and helpful. The ladies from the front desk always so friendly, and the care for my pets are absolutely the best. Dr. Grace is such a wonderful doctor; he is very knowledgeable, professional, and treats us like family. Through the years, my pets have been seeing Dr. Grace for surgeries, general care, etc. My cat had a few surgeries with Dr. Grace through the years, and she always receives the best of care. Dr. Grace was the only one that was able to diagnose her teeth disease right away. Also when my cat had a complicated uterus infection, he was able to provide the surgery that she needed right away. Both of my pets - my cat and dog - have had surgeries at Flying Cloud Animal Hospital with Dr. Grace, and I couldn't think of a better doctor or clinic for my pets. It is always a great experience and quality of care.
I moved away from Eden Prairie a few years ago, but I still bring my pets here. The 40 minutes drive is absolutely worthy!!!

Our dog was in distress and needed to be seen. Flying Cloud Animal Hospital helped us out and made our dog , and us, feel so much better. So happy we are established here. The new office is beautifully done.

I just went to pick up a prescription but the receptionist seems very professional and efficient. She helped me with my dog's medicine and explained how to reorder it.

Very nice vet clinic. Veterinarians are the best. My only complaint is that a nail trim is $45.99. Pretty spendy for something that took 5 minutes.

This place is awesome. Our pitbull had pancreatitis and they took great care of him! Super nice staff and they take great care of your pets. All of the vets and the staff here are great. Wouldn't bring my pet anywhere else unless it was an overnight emergency.

My "Lilly" is 15 and she's been a client at Flying Cloud Animal Hospital all this time. We've always received great care from the vets and the staff. Dr. Krull is the best and has been our "go to" but I trust the other vets on staff also. The techs are well trained and professional and give me confidence when I see them doing the intake work. The desk staff also know what they're doing and it's comforting to have them be able and ready to answer a question or simply listen to a concern. I think Lilly may be coming to the end of her life, and I know that this next part of our journey will be treated compassionately and professionally by all the staff. We are blessed to be their clients.

I have been going to Jeff and his staff for years. After a lifetime of owning my own pets, running fostering and rescue situation I can say that this is the best vet outfit I have ever been to. Very friendly and very good about not over recommending things. They clearly care about your pets care and not just racking up bills!

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. They always answer my occasionally incessant questions about my cats’ health with nothing but care and understanding! I’m moving soon but still hope to be able to bring my pets here as they’ve only received excellent care at Flying Cloud Animal Hospital.

Dr Gagne is the nicest vet I have ever met. She is so kind and patient with us and our pets. You can really tell she loves animals as she cuddles with our senior cat each time we bring him in. I would recommend her and the team at Flying Cloud to anyone.

My family and I have been taking our dogs and cats to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital (FCAH) for over 15 years. The doctors and staff are welcoming, patient, kind, sincere, and very knowledgeable. At one time or another I have seen all the doctors there and believe they are all great. They are responsive when you have a pressing matter such as a sick fur-kid or if it is just a routine issue; both in person and over the phone. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other locations. Even better priced in some instances. For many of us, our pets are an extension of our family, who you take them to see matters. While I do not reside close by and it is a small commute to get there, 'FCAH is worth it.' My fur-kids (typically) don't mind it either. Personally, I would highly recommend them!

I have taken my Shih Poo to Dr Grace since she came to me as a pup. Dr Grace is thorough, skilled, and caring. I have complete confidence in him.
