Best Western Eden Prairie Inn

Rooms were not bad. The pillows are super small so make sure to bring your own if you can. Did see a dirty spot on the comforter as well. Otherwise the room was pretty clean and the staff are very pleasant!!

Me and my Wife Debbie Celebrated our First year Wedding Anniversary 2024.We were married last year the moment was very Special for the both of us . The staff at the hotel were on point and they put out the Red Carpet treatment for us and we had a great experience.we were married last year so I wanted to give my Wife the Best Romantic Experience that she would Never Forget.on behalf of my wife Debbie we both want to say thank you all .Mr.and Mrs Alphonso J.Willoughby I forgot to mention that we were Married on Valentine's Day.

We had a great stay during our visit. Our room was clean, beds were comfy - slept very well, good water pressure for the showers, and overall pretty quiet. The location is pretty good also, fairly close to most things in the area. Breakfast is served 6-9 a.m. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again!

This was a great stay for our visit to MN. The hotel is remarkably clean. Beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast options were a nice addition. The pool and hot tub were a plus after a long day out. While there wasn't any one at the front desk most of our visit, someone was there, not far removed from the desk. All in all, highly recommend.

We showed late in a Friday with a baby . We thought we had contacted them but it was holiday inn express about a pack n play or crib.

They were super professional very accommodating and set up a crib even though it was 10pm for us.

Place is super clean and very upkept! I can’t believe the wonderful customer service we received !

Very convenient location. Next to a fueling station, the town mall, fast food options as well as dining options. Not to mention highway access. All within 5 minutes of hotel. I’ve been to 3 different locations. The jetted tub at this one tho, far superior than the others.

Front desk staff were incredibly nice and professional. The room was very, very clean. Nice bathroom soaps. Also the rooms have NO CARPET! I hate hotel carpet. It’s always so filthy. But not here! Instead they have lovely grey wood flooring. And those lamps-clear acrylic with bubbles in them. Very pretty and up to date decor. Beds and pillows were so comfy! And like I said, it was so clean! Great price. I highly recommend!

Great hotel near a lot of restaurants and gas stations. Pool & hot tub were great. Breakfast was hot & plenty of chose from. Our room was clean and the hotel front desk lady was kind & let us check in about an hour early

Overall had a great experience here. It was affordable and felt safe. The gentleman running the breakfast bar was doing an outstanding job! He was making sure the bar was stocked for the guest and was very friendly. I appreciate the staffs hard work! The parking spaces are a bit tight.

Stayed here twice, both times it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The guy in charge of breakfast was running around keeping everything stocked and making sure everyone was comfortable even though it was packed. Keep in mind that only first floor rooms have wood floors, we were thrown off when our second stay didnt have carpet.

We stayed two nights. The hot tub/pool was open which was one of the main reasons we stayed here! It was great. The pool area was clean, with towels stocked. The hot breakfast (not the covid doggy bag style) was fantastic! Needed help with the printer in the lobby and the gentleman at the front desk assisted us promptly. No complaints and will stay there again when we're in the area.

Was our first time visiting the Eden location and it was wonderful. When i arrived i was greeted at the front desk by the receptionist who was very kind and sweet. I booked the jacuzzi suite for the weekend for our anniversary. It was very clean and very open. Me and my fiancé enjoyed our entire stay. We will be back to visit. Thank you.

The front desk staff made check in smooth and easy even with our late check in. Rooms were very clean and the beds comfy. I called down to let them know they ran out of towels in the pool area and when we went back down 5mins later it was already restocked. Breakfast was fantastic! The staff making the waffles and restocking were doing an amazing job. It was chaotic with so many people down there but they knocked it out of the park! Overall our stay was fantastic.

We came to Eden Prairie to see our grandma in the nursing home a few blocks away from this motel. We enjoyed our stay here in room 309. The room was clean. We like that there was not carpet but hard flooring instead. That's less dander etc. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, a variety of pasties, bagels, breads, cereal, Oatmeal, yogurt, juice and milk. Staff spoke limited English but were friendly. We reserved a room for both our parents and us. Our parents came into town earlier than us, paid for their room and left to see our grandma. We then came into town and repaid for their room plus ours. This was re-credited to my card with no issues. The location is basically right across from the EP mall. It's an older motel but clean and comfy. Like most motels post covid the room isn't cleaned until you leave. That's not an issue unless your a little piggy. It's not hard to make your own bed. They are willing to clean it if asked and offered extra toiletries. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Even though this hotel only had a 2 star rating I went off the reviews of recent guests. I'm glad I did. The staff was VERY accommodating, the room's very clean and a nice selection of hot and cold breakfast options. Room did come with a small coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. Also, I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner and the one's left in the bathroom were VERY nice. Also was the bath soap. I was there for a business trip and only 1 night, but it was a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was perfect for easy access on and off of the interstate. Room was clean and comfortable. A good nights sleep !! Breakfast was always plentiful and hot. The breakfast host Donald was always there with a smile,a kind word and had some great tips on things to do. Pool and hot tub were nice as too. Definitely will be back !!

Im from Houston and I enjoyed my night there last night and the bed was so comfortable. They have nice floors in your room, it's wood floors. Some rooms have jacuzzi. They served us good hot breakfast I loved that they have waffle maker for you to make. I loved their sausage and the best part is they have breakfast buffet.

Exceptionally sweet group of people working hard to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
Front desk, cleaning staff, chef David everyone - were conservative and kind. Best part of my stay was when chef asked that did I miss breakfast by accident. He also convinced us to go to mall of America so sweetly. Rooms were kept neat and tidy and extra toiletries were offered quite often. Front desk staff helped us giving a water bottle and a fast and easy check out.

Very comfortable hotel. Room was very clean and appeared recently updated. Housekeeping service every day was great. The room was a little small but plenty big for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and having a fridge and microwave was a plus. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. Different options each day. The price was really good in comparison to others we looked at. The hotel is right across the street from a really awesome mall. Who needs Mall of America!

Outstanding 3 night stay! Older hotel, but has been nicely updated. The staff was exceptional and made our stay most enjoyable, especially the breakfast attendant (Donald?) who made the start of each day fun. Hot tub was nice & hot. Breakfast was great with waffles, eggs and meat (either bacon or sausage... depending on the day), and the usual continental fare. Beds were very comfy, and the microwave and mini fridge worked great. No issues with wifi. The only drawback was the entry drive... a little hidden & we missed it there first time by. Conveniently located of the interstate and less than 20 minute drive from airport & Mall of America.
