U.S. Bank Branch

My wife and I use this bank branch exclusively for many years. We have had excellent service and the tellers are all knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with the move also the new location is great and we are able to get in and out without a problem.

I Bank with US Bank for over 15 years and they never deserved 5 stars from me until I recive assistance from Katy L Wittrock at local branch in Maple Grove. If you looking to get accurate information, excellent service, costumer care than talk to her. Otherwise I will recommend you to go to another branch.

What an incredible bank and staff! I own a small business and use them for all of my banking. They're always friendly and understanding and do a great job. I've even received a 3rd party auto loan from this bank and the whole process was effortless. Thanks US Bank in Maple Grove!

Went in for a deposit and the line was long several emploees steped up and helped. They got the line finished up in no time. It was great to see team work.

Katy (I hope I've spelled her name right) is hands down the BEST! She is so patient, kind, and thorough! I appreciate her explanations, and understanding. She even remembered me after I hadn't seen her for several years. US bank is fortunate to have her, she makes doing something I have to do, something I want to do. I will come to this location for her.

Love me some US Bank

Had to make an appt and come back. Then had to make a second appt because wasn’t informed of additional documentation needed. One teller and one banker and waited 45 minutes for our “appointment”. Ridiculous. Will definitely go to a different branch.

EDIT: The wait was awful but the banker was great and was only being nice and professional to the people he was working with that took so much time.

This has been my branch for over ten years. I've had nothing but good luck with US Bank for more than twice as long as that. They've made me a loyal customer.

For today: Needed to make an appointment, called 6 times - no answer… :( I hope they’ll fix it.
In general - it’s a good branch

Is a good branch but need to work on customer service I call in because I need it help with a problem I had and they put me on hold for like half an hour then I call back and was able to fast explain what happened she's like "miss can I put on hold or I can have another person call you in a few minutes to help you so I say okay" so minutes turn into hours never got the call back.
