We ate at the food truck.
Food was excellent, very fresh and flavorful.
Service was very quick.
Interaction was very pleasant and professional.
We ordered quesadilla, nachos, Tacos, chips and salsa with guac.
All the food we ordered was vegetarian except one chicken, everyone said food was excellent and flavorful worth the drive.
The scenery around is beautiful. There are few seats with the picnic table where you can sit and eat otherwise be prepared to sit inside your car and eat, and then go on a long walk along the Dakota trail…

One of the best Mexican restaurant around the block who offers variety of food options for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Very authentic taste, decent price, good quality and quantity along with great service!

We took to go orders during pandemic and now we started dining. Decent place with bar, booth sitting. Good for even group sittings. This is our go to Mexican restaurant of all time.

Chilli margaritas and enchiladas are worth to try for first timers.

I just randomly found Mi Pueblo on Super Bowl Sunday. It looked like an all Latino staff, so you know it’s authentic.

Complimentary chips and salsa were good.
“medium” house Margarita was good and ginormous
Burrito was artfully done with a 3-way strip of the different sauces and tasted delicious!

Portions are smaller than some Mexican restaurants but it’s more than enough food and better quality ingredients! The waiter was so friendly and recommended happy hour prices when ordering drinks. We are traveling through town or we’d be back!

I got the chipotle burrito and now I dream about it every night, it's excellent! The salsa is fantastic and not too bland, like a lot of other places. I've always gotten fantastic service and the server was very helpful in selecting our meals the evening I came in with my son. It was super cold and he's in a wheelchair, they greeted us immediately and found the perfect spot away from the door for us and didn't make a big deal out of it, which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend them, I've always had a great experience here, though I've only been there a handful of times since we moved out of the neighborhood I don't get the opportunity often but every time I'm out in EP, I'll stop by.

This place is SO GOOD!!!! It beautiful on the inside and the menu has enough options for everyone. They also have all day happy hour on Monday. I went on a Monday, got the most delightful $5 margarita and the vegetarian combo. I was very surprised by the experience, in the best way. The best part of our experience was that they kept calling us "amigos" and it filled my cold heart with so much joy!

Family run business that cares so much about a great experience. Attentive staff and a menu that has all the hits. Food is authentic and delicious. It’s a big menu but I loved the enchiladas supremes so I could get 4 different types. Will absolutely go back

We had great service, great food, and inside is very nice, tidy, and well decorated. When we first sat down the waiter brought us chips and salsa right away with little jugs of salsa so we coud refill the salsa ourselves. I got some slamming enchiladas and my sister got some really good fajitas. The waiter was friendly, attentive and the food came to us hot and tasty.

Great new restaurant in EP. We went for lunch, tried twice this week and it was busy both times, finally made a reservation to get a table. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I liked the big booths and if you choose outdoors, the patio is large and in the shade, nice bar with televisions. When seated they serve you warm chips with salsa that has a little kick, the chips are bottomless. The menu is large so there is something for everyone, the price is reasonable and the portions are generous . Since it was our first time at the restaurant we ordered an appetizer (fajitas fries) and went safe with the chorizo and steak quesadilla - sooooo good. The food was fresh, hot, and the flavors were great. The staff were kind and attentive. We will definitely go back!

Wow ! Is how I felt when i opened the to go order today and being my first visit here made it more special. Chimichanga chicken Fajitas and vegeterian Fajitas both were awesome. Loved the way it was packed and tasted great. Will be back soon to try other options.

While in Eden Prairie visiting my brother I decided to check out this restaurant for the first time. I was amazed at the seating space. If you have a party of 5 or more they have really spacious booths. The food was priced well especially with the amount you get. The staff is very helpful and attentive to how your experience is. I was happy to see they have my favorite "Tortilla Soup". This place is a must , amazing service, amazing staff, amazing food.

Super yum! The food was delicious and came out hot! In par with, the service was great. I also really enjoyed the interior decoration. The chimicheesecake is a must!

Tasty and fast. We ordered dinner for 4 and it was ready in 15 minutes. Food appeared at the pickup table just a minute after we arrived. We will definitely be ordering again. I got the 3 combo, the quesadilla was delish, but the taco wasn't worth it in comparison. The hard shell taco was half soft by the time I got home.

Favorite Mexican place in the Twin Cities. Staff is always really nice and attentive, food is good and pricing reasonable. The food is always consistently good which is good enough for me!

I tried the Quesadilla Abuelita and it was fantastic!! Not like your ordinary quesadilla where it’s mostly cheese but it has a nice crisp burrito shell with a lot of chicken inside making it very flavorful!!! Great service!!

Excellent Mexican food and Service

I've driven by this place many times but I first tried it today. Very good and I highly recommend it to anybody passing by

Best Mexican food I have had outside Texas and California. My favorite is chiles rellenos… best I have ever had since Jorge Padilla tried to show me how to prepare it. This place has easy parking and outside accommodation. Inside is spacious and comfortable. The music is authentic and the sound system is good. The bar looks comfortable. The staff is skillful, gracious and plentiful. I look forward to returning with large group. This time I brought food home to Chaska. It was packaged for perfect reheating in metal pans.

Delicious mexican food right here in Eden Prairie. I dont reccomend doing the drive thru. I wish they would just not use it. But the food is excellent. Too bad they only have Pepsi products, the flavor would be even better with a tasty diet coke:)

Plenty of parking, quickly seated, immediate service. Chips salsa with meal. A wide variety of drink and food options. A vegetarian section….authentic and fresh!!! Yum. A must try!

The food was delicious, the portion sizes were excellent, the the menu was huge and all the food was very authentic. We ended up bringing food home for 3 sons and for a family of 5 to eat for $71 is extremely reasonable.. Don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed I promise!
