The staff here are very knowledgeable and have exceptional customer service. They were able to help me replace a power adapter for my router and even tested it to make sure that it was working. I would give them a million stars if I could.

Love this place. Been in business forever and a day. I had to get some items for a project and the woman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was browsing around and she received a call from someone looking for something they didn't have and the female employee took the time to reference the caller to another local business and provide a phone number. That's old school business at its best.

Such a great shop. I badly needed a 40 pin IDE ribbon cable, called 10+ stores who said they didn't have it before I called Chester. Chester not only had the ribbon but helped me put on the connectors for no charge. Next time I need and computer internals or electrical oddities, my first call will be to Chester Electronics supply.

Has all the parts needed for repair of new and vintage electronics. Surprised at the stock of items usually only obtained online. Excellent place. Anytime I need an electronic repair item this is my first stop. Places like this just don't exist anymore.

After spending countless hours on the internet, as well as going to every automotive store, Trying to find a interior bulb for my car someone Suggested to go to Chester Eletronics where they could test the car bulb that was impossible to find as well as buy even from the dealer ship. Not only were they able to test it, they found a replacement for it.They were a friendly and beyond helpful.Kenosha is lucky to have this electronic store!

This place is the place. I bought new tubes for our record player and I was able to test out old tubes on their tester. One time I think I saw the real Chester there. He was browsing in his own store! This place rocks!

These guys have done if everything electronic. This is an old school electronics place with scads of good stuff from soldering iron to computer card readers.

I got an HDMI cable from then for a third the cost Best Buy wanted to charge me.

I highly recommend them.

I was only getting 48 total channels on 2 antennas (1 pointed north and 1 south). He told me to run a bigger amplifier due to all of my tvs. I had a 10 db gain, now a 25 db gain... i get 75 channels... 27 more channels!. Thank you! The wife is happy!

Unbelievable amount of hard to find electrical parts and components! Don't buy anything from Amazon.. support your local stores like Chester's Electronics! They have anything and everything you need and it's available right now! Their prices are extremely good too and their sales people really know their electronics!

This is a classic 'has everything' electronics parts store. Some of their inventory is from the 80s! There are very few places like this still in existence. We are very blessed these folks are still here. If you have even one tinkering bone in your body, Please check them out!

I've been a customer for 25+ years and servicing electronics even longer. When I need a part asap, Chesters is the first place I check. Their friendly staff has done a great job helping with crossing part numbers and keeping their inventory in stock. They also have vacuum tubes in stock that is a godsend for my vintage repairs. Love that these stores are still around. So many of them are out of business. I wish there was a store like this in my area. I wish the best for them in the future.

I had my AC capacitor go out last night and by morning the house was a sizzling 85! In high hopes that Chester's had the part I headed over there. I was greeted happily and didn't need to explain to much of what I was looking for. He knew what I needed just by looking at a few numbers! Great service and they always have what I'm looking for. My family thanks you for cooling our house down.

They have an amazing Hodge podge of electronic components, parts, tools, devices, and equipment. Got an ancient piece of gear that might have a bad tube in it? They have a vacuum tube tester, and theres a good chance they have the tubes in stock.

The only drawback is it's predominantly a surplus sales store, meaning they have a lot of anything, but not necessarily everything. Always worth a check before trying to order it online.
