Was contacted by Matt from To serve Contracting. We got to talking after gold ball size hail damaged my roof and my cars. Matt said he could fix my roof at no extra to me other than my deductible. They had my roof completed and fully restored within the month.I The owner even came out the last day to inspect the job site to make sure it was done properly . Would recommend

To Serve Contracting was able to help me replace the roof on my house in Minnetonka. The folks I dealt with were professional and to the point, they helped knock it out for me without any hassle. Work was solid. If you need your roof replaced quickly, these are the right people to call.

Great company! Great customer service! They installed our roof after a hail storm two years ago. They were so easy to work with, and everyone was polite and helpful, and the roof looks great! This year we had what we thought was a leak in our roof. We called them at 8am, and they showed up two hours later to check it out! They inspected everything, caulked what they thought may have been the problem. They came out a second time after it was still leaking, and we discovered it's a leak in the pipe from our water heater. They recommended an HVAC company for us to call. I am so impressed that they would show up promptly, without any complaint, to help us. I would recommend To Serve Contracting to anyone!

I had a very positive experience using To Serve Contracting for roof replacement following Hurricane Florence. The process drug out for some six months following the hurricane. The insurance company did not feel that my roof warranted replacement but the roof had obviously been compromised. After a lot of back and forth with my insurance company and being denied by multiple inspectors, I turned my claim over to Nick Lemon and To Serve Contracting. Within two months To Serve installed a new roof. Nick was very professional, he did what he said he would do and he followed up. I couldn't ask for any more.

We are very happy with To Serve Contracting, If we could give Project Manager Bruce Lemon SIX Stars, we would. He kept every promise made from start to finish. His crew was punctual, respectful of our property, ie, plants & patio furniture and thoroughly cleaned up both days before leaving. You would have to look very hard to know they were ever here. After the job was complete they even went through our shrubbery and yard with magnetic rakes to ensure all metal nails were removed. We were totally impressed and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. Absolutely a Six Star rating is deserved!

This company definitely deserves 5 stars. I am absolutely satisfied with the work that was done to our home. We were affected by hail damage and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with the headache of having to call our insurance company. Within a day of the storm, we received a knock on the door from Jay. He handled everything!!! He walked us through how to handle the claim process,he met with the adjuster that came out and was very tentative to our needs and concerns. Their office kept great communication with me throughout everything and now we have a beautiful new roof and gutters!!

During Hurricane Florence, I thought we dodged a bullet, but about 3 months later, we had a visit from Nick Lemon from To Serve Contracting. Initially, at first contact I didn’t think an inspection was required but, there was nothing to lose by having Nick.take a close look on the roof. We have slopes of 6, 7, 10 and mostly 12 and I didn’t think it was safe for me to look closer. Nick, who is very skilled former roofer and knowledge of what and where to look inspected my roof. He advised that I call and file an initial claim and ask for a site adjuster to come out. Nick came to that inspection and pointed out his observations which were confirmed by the site adjuster. Upon filing his report with the insurance company, the desk adjuster agreed to replace the roof. Nick ordered a Eagleview analysis and then ordered the latest version of the original roof shingles along with all the necessary components to complete the job. This included but was not limited to the following: Shingles, Ridge cap, Ice and Water shield, synthetic underlayment, Ridge vent. This amounted to 7000 sq-ft of shingles. Now for the surprise, Nick brought 15 highly skilled employees to the job site lead by team leader Junior, and in 2.5 hrs had all the old roofing removed. By the end of the day, about 7:30 pm, the roof was completed with only the counter flashing to be completed the next day. The job site was cleared that evening and the next morning, any missed trash was thoroughly cleaned, even the small pieces of paper and old nails in the drive and the complete yard.
I worked with many subcontractors during the original build of the house, but never came across a contractor like To Serve Contracting. They rate an A plus from my experience. You will not be disappointed with To Serve in handling your work. Ask for Nick Lemon if he is assigned to your area.

I had a problem with my roof and called To Serve. The company rwsponded same and had an inspection scheduled for the following day. After the inspection they found enough reason for a full roof replacement. The company made sure I understood the scope of work and explained the process. The job took 4 days in total and the crew left my yard looking better than before! I’m confident their work precedes they excellence. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely a five star experience!!! Not the typical run around from contractors. Dillon kept me informed from start to finish. Work began and was completed when promised. The crew took time to protect and clean the area surrounding my house from debris. Dillon followed up to ensure the yard and driveway were free from all roofing debris (especially nails). To Serve Contracting comes highly recommended from my experience!

We worked with Jay, the regional manager with To Serve Contracting. AMAZING customer service from the initial consultation to the insurance adjustment to the final inspection. Jay made sure we were happy. To Serve worked directly with our insurance so we didn't have to worry about anything. We are extremely happy with our new roof and we are so happy that we found To Serve Contracting. You won't be disappointed.

Jason was a great guy to work with and was very accommodating as our situation changed. Jason also made sure we had someone on hand when the adjuster came through to make sure the report wouldn't be too biased in favor of the insurance company. I'm indebted to "To Serve Contracting" in Minnesota for the new roof soon to be installed.

I think that Justin Spinks is a great project manager. Our house was damaged by hail and he went above and beyond. We even had one company claim our roof would not get approved, Justin got on the roof took pictures, circled the hits, and then helped us get our patio furniture and grill covered by the damage as well. We were just hit by another storm, and I immediately called Justin and he is helping me with the claim now, even though he is farther away from me, he is always will to help or give me advice. Have Justin help you with your claim, you will not regret his hard work and dedication. I was very nervous about all the roofing companies that were from out of town - so it was nice to work with a company that was in town. He also gave me his cell phone to call anytime. Thanks again Justin, you are one of the best out there!

To Serve Contracting was great to work with. They were very patient with us as it took us forever to figure out how we wanted to move forward with colors and material type. They also went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to get what we needed done. The workers were great, friendly and did a great job. We would hire them again in a second.

The experience has been way better than I have heard other people talk about with roofing. Adonis and Ashley were great in the beginning with explaining things and being very responsive, and the roofing crew was quick and thorough with their cleanup. The roof looks great!

About 2 years after my roof was repaired by To Serve I sold my home. During the inspection it was noted there was a small problem needing resolution. When I reviewed the information it was a miss on Lennar who built the home. I called ToServe and they found my file right away and Robert W. immediately said they'd resolve it no questions asked. Thank you Robert!

I had a serious complaint with one of the employees of this company, and the owner called me at 7:30am in the morning to discuss the issue. His concern was heartfelt and his effort to resolving the issue were refreshing. I can not speak to the quality of the work, but any company that takes customer service as serious as they did is a quality organization, worth doing business with.
