Prairie Side Ace Hardware

I bought a snow blower from this Ace location and I was blown away with how friendly and helpful everyone was. Every. Single. Person. The best part: they delivered the snow blower to my house free of charge and even put it together before bringing it. Also, the store itself is really nice and it’s small compared to the monster hardware stores, so you can navigate it quickly.

I've always liked Ace Hardware, but I have to say I really miss the one on 75th. I live on Highway 50, so closer is better. The workers at that one were always so helpful & knowledgeable. I also have found memories of going to the one on 75th with my father , who passed away.

This was the first time I had been in this new Ace Hardware. I needed some screws, washers, and Gorilla tape. WOW! It has everything you could possibly want when it comes to hardware. It is convenient to my office. And… great customer service. The lady at the cash register was super friendly. She signed me up for the Ace Rewards program…. and answered all my questions. I can’t wait for a reason to go back. I may go back just because it was fun.

This is a great traditional hardware store! If you need two screws, you can buy two screws and they have every single size and painted head screw you could want! The employees are helpful and friendly. I recommend Prairie Side Ace Hardware!

A hardware store with a neighborhood vibe but large enough to accommodate your needs for many DIY type household repair projects. The staff is experienced enough to provide helpful advice and ideas. Full service paint department. Equipment rental, servicing and repairs. Comprehensive locksmith service, too. If you can't find something, just ask the staff. You can order stuff online, as well, and pick it up curbside.

Easy to find what I need everytime I shop here. Staff is helpful with any questions I may have and prices are reasonable. They also carry a great variety of tools. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality tools and service.

Excellent service from the team. Im from out of state and would go back again. They went out of their way to size and locate a specific nut and bolt for me so I could mount a wheel on a fence. For my mother in law to be!

Been using this Ace since moving to the area. Every time the team is always happy to assist, I have had to come back and forth to buy loads and loads of soil for a project and every single time a team member has helped me load things into my car, no hesitation. Good, friendly people.

Great local hardware store! Sometimes you just need a part, a key made, some paint, etc, and the thought of walking into a giant hardware store to search endlessly with no help in sight will make you throw your hands in the air and forget the whole damn thing. Ace is big enough yet small enough to find the basics that you need AND there is ALWAYS staff around to help you find it. Can you get it cheaper at a big box store or online? Probably. But Ace is typically less stress and friendlier. Bonus!! Bring your dog! They love fur babies and have treats and bellie rubs ready and waiting!

I stopped here to have my 20lb propane tank filled, i was running late and I arrived just before they closed. Their fill station was all locked up and they could have turned me away and told me to come back tomorrow. However Chris went above and beyond and opened up the fill station and filled my tank. He was very courteous. Their customer service is second to none. I will definitely be back.

Thank you , Kurt and Kyle. I was trying to attach the stand to my Samsung tv. No screws were included. These guys not only spent a lot of time finding just the right fasteners needed, they offered to secure the stand to the tv for me. They went above and beyond.

Good local hardware store. Nice grill equipment and Milwaukee tools. Can fill a propane tank here. I go here for specific stuff like a rubber gasket for leaky hose bib, or specific screws needed for a project/fix. Lots of great selection.

The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. Every. Single. Time. They always point me in the right direction. Example: i was trying to fix something on my sink and explained the issue. Buddy said "oh just cut through it". It worked and saved me who knows how much money.

Such a convenient hardware store! I do a lot of general repairs to homes all over Kenosha so having one on 80th St. and another one close to 18th St. on 22nd Ave. is fantastic.
I really appreciate the fact that the staff prioritizes being helpful. There have been many times I’ve entered without knowing how to solve an issue and left feeling totally prepared. Cheers to quality customer service!
