Best car buying experience I've had in over 25 years of driving. Jake was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process. Very painless, no pressure experience, and they target well maintained cars with low miles. Great little hidden gem, highly recommend!

Had a great experience. The Car Buying Center had a lot of good quality cars to choose from. They let me take the car to a third party repair shop, and The Car Buying Center fixed all issues for free or at steep discount. Definitely would recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership. They worked with me patiently at each step of the buying process. I was coming from (way) out of town to buy this car so the stakes were high. They described the car as a "7-8" and the car turned out to be an 8+ all day. When I arrived, everything was ready to go and it took me just 5 minutes to sign and drive away. They car came with only one key but they tracked down the second and sent it to me within days. No normal dealer would have done that. Also, the doc fee was very reasonable. The only (minor) issue I had is the car has a fairly significant vibration at 70 MPH. I asked about this specifically and they said it was smooth so I can only assume they didn't drive it on the highway. The tires probably just need balancing so no harm, no foul. Overall, it was an outstanding car buying experience 10/10. Thank you very much, Larry and Josh.

These guys are great!! If you’re looking for a laid back car buying experience without the pressures of buying something you don’t want or need, you have to check these guys out. You won’t get this experience at the big dealer lots. This is like buying a car from your favorite Uncle! Great cars, great prices and they worked with me on my trade-in for great value. You will not leave here with buyer’s remorse.

I highly recommend going to The Car Buying Center if you are looking for a used car. The service is outstanding, and Larry and Josh go above and beyond what I ever expected and would expect a used car center to do. They are honest and fair and offer very competitive prices. Beyond all that, the selection of cars that they have is excellent, with good brands and models in top-notch condition. I will definitely return the next time I am in the market for a used car and for my service needs.

I don’t usually speak on experience but this one has to be the best I ever had. I bought a Lexus from Josh back in July it was the best running car I ever had. Unfortunately it was hit and totaled so I bought another Lexus. It wasn’t running like the Lexus he sold me so I called him and he had a shop set up 36 min away from me and I didn’t care I went. As I get there he was very detailed about what was wrong with my truck and I’m a women so I always think car places will hustle me. I only waited 2 hours for a job that most places would have made me leave my truck to do. I drove away I felt so safe and comfortable because my new Lexus drives like I just bought the truck brand new off the lot. I will not service my truck anywhere but the auto detailing shop in Loretta Mn. Thank you Josh for taking away my frustration with my vehicle and giving me security that no one else has ever done!!!

The Car Buying Center did an amazing job working with our family. They felt with 5 vehicle transactions and got everything squared away for us. We would highly recommend this place for your auto needs.

Josh was knowledgeable and friendly. The car we originally wanted to check out was literally being purchased when we got there, he was able to give us a tour of a handful of other vehicles and we were able to land on one that checked all the boxes that we wanted in a car.

I love Car Buyers! Larry took me for a test drive. He was lovely and sociable and informative. Josh spoke with me about the finance details. He was up front and honest. Nathan was around to support with the final details. In spite of his dog allergies, he put up with George in his office - my Bernese Mountain dog. Love Nathan!

I didnt have to compromise on what I wanted and he even suggested credit unions that could give a better APR rate and I ended up getting approved and buying the car the same day.
I've never been treated better by a dealership, their customer service is unmatched. And not only did I get a great price, but I walked away with an 8 year warranty or up to 120k miles-- the 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L I bought only has 30k miles on it!!. Im telling you...this is the place to go. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Josh the owner leads his business with hard work and honest character. He is a family man, cares for his employees, and customers very well. The staff is fair and make great deals the first time around, saving lots of time and effort for everyone. I have traded in and purchased several times from "the car buying center", and I will NOT go anywhere else. He is the ONLY dealer I personally recommend to friends and family.

Have not purchase my car yet as I don't live in the same city, but everything we have done over the phone and texting has been top notch service. Great warranty offers and very helpful and professional customer service from Todd. Highly recommend just for the service.

Best experience I've EVER had buying a vehicle hands down!! Josh was fantastic to deal with. He answered ever call and text in a very timely fashion. The selection of vehicles is extraordinarily unique that you won't find anywhere else.

Cannot recommend this place more. Went in looking at a particular car and the guys gave me the keys and sent me on my way for a test drive. When it came to buying I got a great price with no pushy sales pitch to get me into something more expensive. They just want you in the car you love. I even got a call a day or two later letting me know that they still had a part they needed to order for it and they would give me a call when it came in so I could swing by. If they have something you are looking for don’t bother going anywhere else. I had looked at the same car at a Luther dealership the day before and was supposed to get a call back because I had additional questions they were going to look into …. 5 days later I still haven’t heard back …. I’d give them more stars if I could.

I came across The Car Buying Center on Car Gurus and liked a truck they had on their lot. Got in touch with Todd to get some more info and the background on the vehicle. I was over 2 hours away form their store and finally had the opportunity to get there and drive the truck and work on some numbers with him. We just could not connect to where I wanted to be, after sleeping on the numbers we made a deal the next day. I was very impressed with the service I received from Todd as he was not a typical pushy salesman and left it in my court. I would recommend The Car Buying center to anyone.

We purchased a 2005 convertible Crossfire . When the top was damaged and needed to be replaced , they not only took care of it for us they give us a loaner car to use while the top was being changed . Great group of people.

I should preface this review by saying that I am typically not a big fan of car dealerships. The Google reviews prompted me to call this dealership in regard to a specific vehicle. I knew after my first conversation with Larry that this was where we were going to find the car we wanted. Right off the bat, Larry was honest, flexible, upfront and appeared trustworthy. Soon after, we zeroed in on a car and brought it to our mechanic for a once over. He found a few minor repairs that were needed. The Car Buying Center fixed these items without question! We did ultimately end up buying a car here. Even after our purchase, we discovered a few quick repairs that our mechanic missed. Larry responded immediately (on a Saturday even) and promised to take action the following week. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! If I could rate them higher than a 5, I would. Upon signing the final paperwork for the car, I was able to meet the dealership owner, Josh. He has similar character traits to Larry and clearly wants his customers to be taken care of and to drive off their lot completely satisfied with their experience there. You will see for yourself just by giving them a call!

Very good customer service , got denied a 2 different dealerships… called Todd over at the lorreto location & he seen that my report had a bunch of hard inquiries & he still got me a deal & i did everything from home i just had to come sign & drive off
