Bona Bros Body & Paint

I spent about 6 months on a wild goose chase trying to find a paint shop to take on a project that is a little tricky. Bona bros took it on and their painter blew it out of the water! We’re so happy with the paint job, they were very communicative and timely even around the holidays, and very communicative. The price was very fair for the quality of work. Would recommend working with this shop and their crew is fantastic! Thank you!!!

I brought my car in after a minor accident and while they were booking about a month out, it was absolutely worth the wait! Their customer service is amazing and extremely helpful. I called for an update on my car 5 days after dropping it off not expecting them to have it anywhere near it done, but to my surprise, they were just finishing up work and I was able to pick it up the next business day! They had my car done in 5 days (it was there 7 days totally due to the weekend)! I was completely shocked when they said it was done-that was really quick turn around. I was originally told about 1 1/2 weeks!

They did very quality work and they stand by it too-correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe they said if anything is wrong with the work they did, they’ll fix it through the life of the vehicle, which is amazing!! The paint job they did is impeccable too! The car looks as good as new, I’m extremely impressed and SO happy with it!

I cannot recommended Bona bros enough. Like I said, they do have a longer wait time to get your car in, but if you’re able to deal with that, it’s absolutely worth the wait!

My wife accidentally bent the front door of her car as she was backing out of the garage. I called several auto body shops in the area to get a quote for repair and decided to go to Bona first because they proved to be the most friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. They checked out my car on the very same day and fixed the dent FREE OF CHARGE! Although the repair I needed may be minor compared to others, I am confident that Bona will act charitably with any customer that comes their way. Don't hesitate—call Bona now!

I've had these people do a number of service needs. From basic to custom. This latest one was a completely new idea and required a lot of time to handle. I am not one of the major fleet dealer accounts that they handle. They are the only shop in the entire multi city area that can take on this project. Part of this was an RV/Camper project. They treated me as professional as their big ticket customers. I greatly appreciate the work they do and how I have been treated through the entire process.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Al was very timely in getting us a quote and working with my Fleet company to get the work approved. He communicated throughout the process and my car was done right on schedule. They worked with me through some scheduling issues as well. When I picked up my car it looked good as new. Including a full interior cleaning. (The little things go a long ways with me.)

Should I ever need body or pain work done again, they will be my first call no doubt!

Jay was the first person I spoke with about having work done on my vehicle. He was very friendly and answered my questions . I chose to have the work done at Bona Bros , the contact person I would be communicating with was Al . From the first time I talked with him , I knew I was making the right choice . He explained everything to me and reassured me about my vehicle . And I didn’t feel pressured nor did he ignore my questions and concerns . Professional in every sense of business. These guys are the best! Al worked with my insurance company and got all the repairs covered with them. Don did an amazing job making my truck look new again. They communicated well throughout the project. I would definitely use them again.

Everyone is busy for a week but these guys squeezed me in the next day. I brought in my own new bumper and they put it on while salvaging the brackets. The man working on it wasnt wasting his time putzing around but quite focused and diligent in his craft. I strongly recommend Bona Brothers but like dentists lawyers and medical specialists I'd never want to see them again. ;)

My back doors weren’t shutting right on my van and wouldn’t lock. I had taken it to another business and they had said they were booked out for two weeks and gave me an estimate for 600 dollar. Now this is my vehicle I use for work so I need it as soon as possible. So I called Bona Bros, Bill said to bring it and he’ll take a look at it. Even then he said once they had the part they’ed pull a guy to have it done so it wouldn’t take more than more than a day once they had the part. Well I brought it in and Bill was there and looked at it, grabbed a hammer knocked the joint back in place which is all it needed. The part that the other shop said I needed wasn’t even the issue! Bill just said to bring it back in if it starts acting up again. Now I know that if it was a different shop they’d have probably taken into the shop and done the exact same thing Bill did and charged me for it.

Even if I have to bring it again I’d happily pay for any work done.

Highly recommended, I brought my car here and they did an excellent job. They handled all the insurance issues, and I didnt have to do anything, just drop it off and pick it up when it was done.They even detailed the interior of my car which above and beyond.

This place did an awesome on our autobody repair needs. Great customer service and a man named Joel is an expert body man. Ask for him specifically and you won't be disappointed!

This is my favorite place to take my car to be repaired. They are very honest and I always feel like I have all the information to make the best decision for my car. They do excellent work.
