MR PLUMBER, LLC

I have hired Mr. Plumber for three jobs, and have had a very good experience all three times. They do quality work, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. One job (installing a new modern faucet in an old house) was to be charged by the hour, and he worked well and steadily. The other jobs -- installation of a water heater and water softener -- were also done well.

The employees were polite, clean, honest, and hard working. They clean up after themselves. Finally, they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to MR Plumber due to a leaking water heater, and desire to replace it with a modern tankless unit. Mario, the owner, promptly scheduled a visit to my home to take a look at the issue, and gave me good honest advice confirming that the old water heater was not fixable, but also that it was not imminently going to start dumping copious amounts of water (it was a slow leak in a place in the basement where it wasn't a big deal).

I had already decided that I wanted a tankless unit, and Mario let me know of a few options in a range of prices, and after researching, I settled on the high end unit. We set up a time fr his crew to install, and they did a great job of installing it. They were fantastic to work with and completed the job in less time than we had expected, which also resulted in a savings for me (which I appreciated).

I briefly had some issues hearing back from Mario due to how busy they were, but when I reached out again I got a prompt response and was able to set up the appointment. The crew arrived exactly on time for the appointment.

MR Plumber is a solid local business and does great work for a fair price. They will absolutely be my first call for future plumbing needs.

As a customer who has hired Mr Plumber I would highly recommend them. We had a complicated issue with our venting that created flushing and water level problems. Mike was able to diagnose the issue and he and Tyler, their apprentice, corrected our problem.

Hired Mr. Plumber to install new water softener, new water heater, utility/laundry sink, and whole house water filter. The service is professional and timely and it is clear they want customer to ask questions and take the time to explain everything.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet that never worked very well, but found we needed to replace the sink as well. We found a new sink, but the new standard size was going to need the opening enlarged. Located Mr Plumber through the internet and scheduled an appointment with the scheduling tool on his website. We received a reminder of the appointment. They were very prompt, protected all work areas with mats to prevent damage to cabinets and floor. Everything was installed very professionally and everything was completely cleaned up after completion. His rates are very reasonable for the work they provide. We were very impressed with the service. It’s good to know that someone is willing to do small plumbing work promptly. A very happy customer who will definitely have them do more work in the future.

Had a new dishwasher installed and water line connected for ice maker. Small business with excellent quality. Best to use their site for appointments, which is very easy to use. He installed it all in no time and was very professional. Price was very reasonable. Will use them again for any future needs.

I was very impressed with Mr Plumber services. Mike was very professional and friendly. He was in and out before I knew it. I love the fact that I could schedule an appointment online. Mike called me when he realized he was going to be a few minutes late.

Hired Mario to install a new a replacement drop in sink and faucet after receiving an estimate. He showed up on time and was professional and courteous getting the job done in a timely manner.

Mario and his team just completed our bathroom remodel. They did a great job and were very accommodating with the challenges that come with dealing with an old house. He was also very helpful in recommending other reliable contractors for drywalling, trim, and floor work to complete the project.

I have had work done by Mr Plumber LLC before and have always been happy with his work. Mario was a great help. My water heater went out. He came yesterday to fix it and he told me straight out, not really worth fixing since it was 10 yrs old and would cost me about 1/3 to fix than just getting a new one. I took his advice since I have had nothing but problems in years past. He came, put it in, and now I am very pleased. He showed me everything I need to know how to run it. Thanks Mario. We have had a great experience with Mario! He was quick to respond, came out and gave us an estimate for a new hot water heater and hot water circulation system. He put in a long day to get it done and left the work area cleaner then it was when he started. Highly recommend MR Plumber.

Had a great experience with these guys. I had no water draining from my tub, after a failed attempt at fixing it ourself, we conceded and called Mr Plumber. They were out within an hour and after carefully looking everything over, fixed not only the failed DIY fix job, but fixed the plugged up drain! I will be calling them again!

Mario and his team went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to get a replacement for my defective water heater. The installation was done the very next day. Highly recommended!

My engagement ring fell down our tub drain and Mario from Mr. Plumber came the next morning earlier than scheduled with notice which I was really happy about. He also tried more than one way when the first try didn’t work until he finally got my ring. I’m extremely grateful to him and his partner for helping me in this matter they’re friendly people and I would call again for any other plumbing issue I might have.

My husband and I have had two leaky pipe situations in the past 6 months. Both times we heard back right away and he did a great job of explaining the situation and providing the most cost effective solution to resolve the issue. He is very reasonably priced and fair!! I was always scared to call a plumber before this. Not all experiences are like this and if you don't know plumbing, it's even tougher. I would recommend Mr. Plumber hands down!! Fair, honest, professional, high quality work.

I booked an appointment from the website, so easy, and before the appointment he called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could he come early. That worked for me so he started early. He explained his service billing and then listened to what I had tried to do the fix the problem myself so he knew where to start. He set up the work area to minimize any mess and fixed my problem. He double and triple check to makes sure it was fixed and cleaned up before he left. He did an excellent job, professional, and friendly.
