Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

Lovely stay at Fairfield Inn Roseville. Friendly staff member checked me in. We had a nice visit about my hometown area, which she was familiar with. I was welcomed with a bottled water and cookie, very nice. Room was very clean and spacious, handicapped accessible bathroom. Plentiful fluffy towels. Breakfast was a nice variety. I especially enjoyed the crustless spinach and feta quiche. Good coffee too. I look forward to the renovations in the pool and hot tub area on a future stay.

We have stayed here twice and received exceptional service and great breakfast both times. The rooms were always clean and well maintained.
Comfortable beds and early morning coffee are a bonus.

No complaints at all. Clean, decent room. Breakfast was minimal but OK for me. Friendly folks at the desk (except this one tall A-A guy who oddly aggressively asked me some questions I didn’t understand). Good parking, easy to get to.

Great service, much better breakfast than other marriotts, and the staff were very helpful when we accidentally left a bag in the lobby :)

Outdated decor but kept clean and well maintained. Simple, basic Marriott hotel. Staff was great. Rooms clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. Good location, close to highway and 10ish minutes to Univ of Minnesota. Workout room was small but nice. Marriott has instituted a new breakfast for Fairfield’s with a lot of prepackaged processed foods which is disappointing so if the breakfast is something you really want, I wouldn’t recommend it here (not because of the staff here, unfortunately it’s a brand wide thing). But there’s a fridge and microwave in the room, so we went to the store and got some stuff to supplement breakfast. Overall was a good stay

One of the most hospitable, gracious staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I have stayed at a variety of hotels, but the staff at this one was 5 star +. I had called earlier in the week to get an accessible room, and they were so helpful. Then, when I checked out, the person at the front desk remembered that call, and said she had been thinking of us and wondered how it worked out for us. Really incredible.

A basic, 2 star hotel. Comfortable, clean. Room had a slight odor when we entered, I sprinkled a little peppermint essential oil and we were good. Sidewalks were kept nice a clean after some blowing snow, no concerns about falling in the parking lot.

We have stayed here often, and have always been treated so well! We really like the complimentary breakfast. The staff really goes above and beyond to help make guests stay comfortable!

Staff was 5 star. When I pulled my car up to pick up my husband the person at the desk came out and removed snow!
The custodian helped me get my husband to the room, everyone we encountered was great. Beds and bedding are fabulous.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. They are offering some grab and go items for breakfast but they are still not doing a hot breakfast. They also aren't providing room service during your stay. The time has more than passed to start up with these programs again... Despite this issue, it is still worth staying here.

We were in town for a family reunion this past weekend and our group stayed at this hotel. There were about 30 of us, total. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even though we sort of took-over the breakfast/lounge area for the better part of the evenings--and I'm sure we got a little noisy at times. They always had ice water and lemonade out to drink, which was a nice touch, too. On our first night there, our son who's not quite 3, got sick in the middle of the night (too much excitement and pool water that evening). We called the front desk to request a change of linens on our bed. The front desk agent was so friendly and quick to respond. She even followed up to make sure that we didn't need anything else. That next day, they left a little goody basket in our room--which was so over and above anything we would have expected, but it really was a very thoughtful pick-me-up for my husband and I who had been up most of the night. This hotel was very clean, updated and I look forward to staying again, in the future.

Thank you Fairfield Inn & Suites. I've stayed in many hotels and yours is one of the best. Just spent 2 fabulous nights in your hotel and woke up to enjoy a delicious breakfast. It was clean and spacious. Your employees were all very kind, helpful and pleasant. I was thanking one of your cleaning staff for doing such a good job and she commented on how much she liked working there. Wow! To me that says a lot. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay again or to recommend it to friends and famly. It's in a great location with easy access to the freeway too.

A very nice hotel. Great breakfast that is served from 6 to 9 with warm eggs and breakfast meats plus fruit and breads, etc. Nice work out facility and pool. The hotel is next to I35W, which is easy access but you can faintly hear the traffic in the rooms. The rooms are up to date and the bathrooms are good size and nice.

Our stay was Fantastic. Helpful friendly staff. (all of them) Our group, 9 nines rooms could have stayed at other hotels for 5 or 10 dollars a room less. But the slightly higher expense was well worth it for the location and overall excellent condition of the hotel. ALL the rooms were clean and modern. Never heard anyone out in the hall or in the rooms next door even though they were occupied and we regularly saw people going back and forth. It is unfortunate when a few people wreck the stay for others.
Of special note, Fairfield Inns & this hotel in particular must be paying attention to what people like in a room. Beds were very comfortable (not to stiff, not to soft, seemed like new mattresses) Lots of towels, Lots of nice pillows. Quality fixtures, etc. Nice continental breakfast with at least two or three hot items., Meticulously clean hallways, public bathroom and pool.
Because it is not a large place, they have easy access to all rooms, pool (small), breakfast area, parking, etc. as well as a quick drive to U of M and other area attractions. I will definitely call them again if I need a room or rooms in this part of the Cities. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The staff was amazing. They give you a little welcome gift when you check in, and have cookies as well. I was having a little issue with my card and not only was the front desk lady understanding she was also very accommodating. Made the stay that much more worth it.

The hotel has a very nice modern feel to it, and a very pleasant staff. We checked in during the busy season(state Fair going on a bit down the road), and the hotel staff were very accommodating in setting up rooms for us, along with a few things I forgot at home. The rooms were clean, the hotel updated, and the continental breakfast filling and tasty. Will definitely stay at again.

The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful.
Our room was perfect, well equiped and spotless. All of the staff was pleasant and friendly. The continental breafast was fresh, hot and a large variety of items to choose from. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Twin cities area. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

For the price this hotel is one of the best values in town. The rooms are clean and well thought out, they require masks and promote proper spacing distance. The employees are friendly and professional.

We called every nearby hotels when we reached St. Paul at midnight, every! None have the rooms we were looking for and then we called Fairfield. It was by luck that someone cancelled their reservations and we got those rooms for the night! Although it was luck, it saved our sleep that night. Not only that, they have clean rooms, comfortable beds, no smoking, a wonderful breakfast (very wonderful!), kid friendly pool and spa. It was a wonderful experience and worth coming back to if we come to St. Paul again. Will reserve ahead though.
