Residence Inn by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

My wife and I have stayed here with our dogs Marco and Polo 4 times in the last year. The staff is outstanding and Marcus is very helpful…this stay we were given an early check in with no questions asked. Hot tub is always good and the fitness room is very nice. Near Walmart and Costco Business and right on a bike path and very close to downtown with free parking

We stayed multiple nights in the spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom larger suite. 3 TVs, fireplace, futon, workspace, dining table and 4 chairs, full stove/ oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Nice dishes, silverware and needed utensils, bowls, etc. provided, along with microwave. Our early check in was nicely accommodated by Madonna, and she was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All staff we encountered greeted us and were pleasant. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, which featured something different every day. Not sure how the eggs were prepared, but they were particularly delicious! Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The only thing my husband and I discovered was the toiletries mounted in the shower -- shampoo, conditioner and body wash---are difficult to read without our glasses. Darker labeling would be helpful. Not a big deal, just a suggestion. The garbage cans in the suite are very small, and we could have used at least one more garbage can since we stayed multiple nights. There is a one cup coffee maker in the suite. A full size pot would have been more convenient for us, but again, not a huge deal. At the hotel breakfast area there are paper cups only, and they are small. Bring your coffee mugs from your suite if you're a coffee drinker like me! We loved the location of this hotel. Easy to get to, Wal-Mart, grocery nearby. We felt safe here. Will stay here again. I stayed here while in town for work and not only was I amazing surprised at the room I was in but the staff was outstanding. My room was clean and more than I expected. I would like to say that Madonna at the front desk not only greeted me with such professionalism and persona was extremely positive. She made sure anything I needed was taken care of. As for Michael in the breakfast area, I have never been to a hotel where the breakfast staff greeted you and actually cared about the presentation of the food and he kept the area extremely clean. There was also a housekeeping lady everyday was polite and considerate. I absolutely loved the vibe here and the way the staff carried themselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you Madonna and staff for making my stay great!

There’s a non smoking policy, but people are smoking marijuana in the building and on the property. I have complained several times. The staff went outside to check, but it seems to be a problem on the lower levels. When you walk in the door you’re greeted with the stench of marijuana all the way to the elevator and in the elevator. I purposely stayed here because I felt safe and thought Marriott had better standards. People are throwing their garbage all over the parking lot my children and I are not pleased with this. I have not been offered a discount or anything we have paid a lot of money to stay here and I don’t think we should have to put up with this and also not feeling safe. Very dissatisfied. My kids and I lost our home and I asked if they had any special rates for this kind of situation. I was told I could be billed weekly, but as far as the rates they’re set in stone. I have stayed for a month and have paid over 6,000. It’s just crazy. The people next are smoking marijuana as we speak!!

Cozy place for family gathering, not far from highway, close to stores, with modern room designs and excellent service, particularly the front desk and room services. Good bfast food, coffee is always the best, gym equipment is clean and working, elevator needs upgrade and bit clean up,

My mother and sister are finishing up a stay here right now. They were coming out of a short term rehab only to find damage to their home. The staff at the hotel accommodated her special needs with a great room. The staff have been absolutely fantastic and made them very comfortable and safe. I don't think I can say enough good things other than thank you.

We got a two bedroom suite and it was fantastic! The woman working the desk was super helpful with our dad who has mobility problems and got him a room closest to the door.

Comfortable, affordable place to stay in the twin cities. Friendly helpful staff.

Very quiet was able to get a lot of rest , room clean .

Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are very nice, we had a 2 bedroom suite and it was great. Full kitchen, two separate bathrooms and a shared living space. The staff are awesome and very helpful with just about any issue. Great location close to the city or even the suburbs for a quick visit. Lots a great places to eat around the area and plenty of delivery options. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the area, you have found it!

Once our room was cleaned, we had an enjoyable weekend

Suites. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Living room area. Sofa pulls out into a bed. Kitchenette area. Fridge, MW, kitchen sink. Table to eat at if you wish. Quiet, don't hear outside noise or noise from other guests. Beds are firm but comfortable. Large TV in each bedroom and larger TV in the living room. Cozy fireplace in the living room. Ample towels, amenities and pillows. Very nice hotel. Easy access to the freeways and restaurants and shopping. I would recommend staying here.

I stayed here with my toddler and had a great experience. The room had everything we needed and the staff was fantastic. The location is a little off the beaten path, but it didn't take me long to get to the restaurant we chose for dinner. Breakfast was nice and there was a good selection and variety. The pool was clean, well stocked with towels, and had late hours which was nice since we were traveling from another time zone. Parking was very convenient (right in front of the building) and free. I would definitely return.

The Residence Inn in Roseville has become our home away from home. We love the two-bedroom suite with separate baths and a center room with kitchenette. The staff are very friendly and quick to help out with any special requests. There is a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The location is also very good with easy access to both St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis.

I've stayed in many hotels in this area over the past few years, this has some of the best rooms and accommodations for any extended stay. Gym and pool/hot tub area are nice, not crowded, and they serve a nice breakfast with many food options.

It turned out to be even better than I expected. It was a place that I was able to enjoy my time with my sister. We live close by but our house is small. Frankly, we would have been all crammed in the house. So this was a wonderful addition to our home.

Its disappointing the non breakfast yogurt and water? What? The rooms are nice. The virus has eliminated maid service. But everything one needs is there and it's nice to have two bedrooms. And a real stove. All for a very very decent price. I like this place a lot.

We only spent one night, but it was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having the kitchenette. Full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher. Would be very pleasant for an extended stay as the setup is very small apartment-like.

Easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good in the morning, good selection. Rooms were clean.
