Dock manager (Liam) very helpful and courteous, understands cdl driver boundaries and tries to facilitate deliveries while respecting hos rules. Check in between dock 7 and 8. Turn around for sight side back in the lot is possible at far end by dock 11. Will be happy to deliver here again!

Enrique and Jermaine (spelling?) delivered my vanity today. They were great to work with. Super friendly and easy to work with. They made the process extremely easy. They are clearly happy people and it showed!

This was our first order ever from Wayfair, and we were kind of skeptical as being older we don't like purchasing items we can't touch , see and feel. We like our tree, although,
I must update my answer...after reading that the CEO of Wayfair pulled, Lindell from their products, we will not be ordering again, this saddens us as "you go woke, you go broke"

Order a shelf from wayfair as a 1st time customer because I was told they take care of their customers if something is wrong with the item. Well guess what that's NOT TRUE. Got the shelf and the box was damaged either by wayfair or the delervery company in shipping and the shelf was broken in the box. I did the chat with the customer service agent and they did nothing. Said to watch my email in 1 to 3 days if they would do something and it's been longer then that now. I will NEVER order another thing from wayfair and I will make sure to let others know.

I order an $300 fan in which I still
Hadn’t received, it’s been 16 days.
Each time I contact customer service the blame rests somewhere else.

I asked for a replacement in which they cant do. I asked for a refund in which
they cant do, based on a 6 day rule.

They finally started the process of refunding my money ONLY after I demanded to speak to a manager.
The Manager did finally START THE PROCESS of refunding my money, but told me once it arrived to keep the item or donate. Based on Wayfair’s commitment to me, I committed to donate.

Later to only learn the package had been redirected back to their warehouse. That’s a dirty tactic and inappropriate thing to do.

As of today, I still have NOT RECEIVED my refund

This company does not support their sale or make any effort to make a customer happy. I have never in my years of ordering from an online business have I ever had this experience.

Ordered several clearance items, money was taken out of my acct immediately and it's been almost a month and have not received my items.

Don't recommend ordering from Wayfair! I have tried numerous times to order an item but then they just cancel it. I called customer service and they are no help.

I have purchased several items with no problems, my last purchas was a kitchen set, the chairs and base of table came, no table top. I contacted wayfair, when they got back to me, they said it must have been lost in transit. We will send another one. I waited eight weeks. When I opened box, I noticed bubbles and white spots all over the top. I immediately called, sent email. Their response was I didnt take insurance when I purchased it. Well..one would think if it came out of the box that way, it's not my fault. I have since been sending emails left several message with no avail. The table was not a cheap one either. Very disappointed wayfair.

Absolutely the worst online retail company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered an item that showed in stock, to arrive with 2 days shipping, and they notified me the day it was to arrive that it was on back-order and would be 3 weeks later.

When I called again to check status, the initial customer service rep was great but the supervisor proceeded to:
1) chastise me for a BUG (then denied it was a bug) in their system that did not charge more for 2 day shipping than regular shipping to my address; and I should read the fine print
2) deny any culpability that their system showed the item was in stock during time of ordering — so should be acceptable the delay that caused me to cancel a booked contract last minute — using a contradictory argument their system was not accurate and not their fault if inventory ran out or was incorrect at time of order
3) then asked if I wanted to cancel (the only remedy offered) absolutely no compensation or accomodation
4) after all that, a week later uncermoniously via email said they cancelled my order because it was no longer available

SO in summary
- rude
- overcharges/overpromises
- completely uncaring of customer
- unreliable to order from

And btw I found the same item on Amazon the next day for the same overall cost, even with shipping. So NEVER WILL EVER TRY WAYFAIR AGAIN.

TLDR - They sell GE but GE fulfills. This is ok if everything works but their inventory systems don't sync and promised inaccurate delivery dates. They also charge your credit card 3 months before delivery.

Ordered a GE appliance in Sept 2020 that was marked in stock with an expected delivery only weeks out. They changed my order to Feb although their system still said in-stock. I ordered a different model that said it would be delivered in 2 weeks, same thing.
Ultimately both GE and Wayfair admitted to know of the issues for over 2 months and the problem still persists.
I then decided I would just wait until Feb, until they marked the order as shipped. I was excited that it was going to be received before expected. Wrong... They marked it as shipped, but confirmed it was not, charged my credit card (3 months before planned shipment/delivery) and can't figure out how to refund without cancelling my order and then they can't place a new one.

I have enjoyed shopping at Wayfair. I furnished my whole entire house from it's selections last year. It's a well run company. However, that being said, Niraj Shah, CEO of Wayfair just posted on their website it's disdain for what occurred at the US Capital on 1/06/21. Most people would agree it was not a good day..
However, then the CEO decided to pull Mike Lindell's "My Pillow" products from the inventory because he supported Trump. This is just wrong! As a result, I am pulling Wayfair from my contact list and will absolutely not buy one more thing from them and plan to share.

the worst company to order furniture from. I placed order back in May 25th for item that they said is in stock. Today is Aug 6th, I still have not recd my furniture. I called and emailed many times. Their tracking info is no help and not accurate. The last I contacted them on July 30th. The rep said, truck arrived int my area and pending unload. Their web tracking show very minimal info. Also, each time to call there is a very long wait. We will not order from this company again. WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
