Hey, these guys really earned my respect today. I showed up 20 minutes before they’re about to close thinking that I was gonna have to make an appointment for the next day which would’ve been fine. I would’ve totally understood. Instead, they were super friendly and helpful and happy in and out of there in about 30 minutes with the new tire.

I highly recommend this location. I had a flat tire and fixed it within the same day without any charge. The service is fantastic and very professional. They sent you a text message to track the service update. It was a stress-free service. I will be back again to get new tires.

I went to honda to get my get car maintenance, they found a nail in a tire. They quoted me for $368 for two new tires. I called Discount tire - got a reasonable price for two tires, i was a walk in. the discount tire team was very pleasant, they helpful. I got in and out within 65 mins.
It made my stressful day, not a stressful day. Thank you!!!

I had purchased new tires from the Stillwater location in 2019. This past week I ran over a lag screw that created a hole that was too large for me to plug. I called Discount Tire today, spoke with the assistant manager Mike, explained my issue and that I need my tire patched asap- I’m driving up North this evening. Mike did everything he could to help and got me right in within an hour. 30 minutes later my tire was patched and I was back on the road. Excellent service at this location, not only from Mike, but from the rest of his team as well. I was satisfied and recommended choosing this location for any tire needs. Thanks!

Great job ! I rent out jeeps (Yebo rides), and I had to deliver a vehicle in an hour. Found out I had a nail in my tire 😩 right before drop off. Discount tire was able to get me in asap and get me on my way 🙌🏼

The staff at this location is wonderful and they worked super hard (some even skipped scheduled lunches to attend to customer and phone calls). Just got another full set of tires from them. Very busy location but they do good work.

Everyone here was super nice. I went in for a flat tire repair (which they do for free) but it was unrepairable, but i apparently bought the tire warranty and got it replaced for free anyways! It was only $16 to replace the warranty for that tire, 100% worth it. Darryl and all the other staff were so nice.

Amazing customer service. They patched a hole in my tire, rotated my tires and reset my tire pressure sensor all in 30 minutes! And wonderful conversations with the manager

I cannot say enough about how great rhe staff is at DISCOUNT TIRE in ROBERT STREET. I found out I had a nail in my tire before a move cross country. After business hours, they fit me in at no charge. They are fabulous! Simply fabulous.

Michael is excellent! He gave my wife Stellar VIP service today changing her tires for the winter. This location always gives good service, however, today was exceptional and Michael went out of his way to make sure my wife had a fantastic experience. Thank you very much michael!!

Nathan, at the West St. Paul Robert Street store, provided professional customer service when I had a problem with a tire and a tire-pressure sensor. I will continue to buy tires at this store because of the service, from all of the staff, and competitive prices.

The guy working the tire refills. Needs a raise and a higher job. He is so positive and that’s the kind of person you want to have working for you/ be around. He made us a 5 star experience. I’m not sure what his name is but he has a bald spot in the top of his head

Staff was great. I had a completely flat tire and needed 4 new ones, which I knew going in. They had the best prices. I expected to drop my vehicle off and come back later to pick up. But they told me it would just be 20 minutes to replace, so I waited. Sure enough, it was 20 minutes! I've been here before and will absolutely go back again.

I've always had a great experience at Discount Tire in West Saint Paul. I had a vehicle with chronic tire air leak issues due to wheel corrosion. Over the course of a few years, the team at Discount Tire worked with me to replace the tires and buff the existing rims, then eventually replace the wheels all together, with many free air top offs in between. Recently got a new vehicle and after about a month had a flat. Dealer couldn't get me in for a few days, but the crew at Discount Tire patched it on the spot for free. Really great services and fair prices.
