I come here every once in a while to see what sales they have on overstock or discounted tiles . They also have a wide selection of professional tools and metal edging. Pro tip : look in the warehouse for damaged boards for an even bigger discount

I've been a loyal customer of Wayne Tile for over 20 years and have always appreciated their customer service while remodeling a total of 6 bathrooms. Today, I went to the outlet center to track down an out-of-stock tile to renovate my son's handicapped-accessible bathroom. I can not thank Wayne Tile Outlet Center enough for their support and compassion! The salesperson went above and beyond to help me find a solution. Regrettably, I didn't get his name, but I want to thank him for his kindness and generosity. His compassion for my unique situation has ensured that Wayne Tile will always be my first (and only) place to shop for tile.

Had a wonderful experience! We were helped by a gentleman named Nate. He was very personable and patient with us. The tile we originally wanted would not be available till the end of the month. He made several suggestions and helped us narrow done a tile . We were able to leave with the tiles the same day! We will definitely be returning!!! Thank you Nate!!

The tools, products, materials, and equipment here is hard to beat anywhere in the state. Rich is so dedicated to his job, his contractor clients, the tile suppliers, all of the manufacturers, and all of the materials he sells. Rich is spectacular to deal with, providing excellent customer service and a wealth of product knowledge as well as installation knowledge, a pair that's hard to find in this business. I always look forward to our meetings, with a bit of anticipation for the complexity he will throw my way with his brilliant suggestions. My Number ONE tile supplier, and Rich is my favorite tile consultant. I can't say enough good things about Rich or the Outlet Center location.

We stopped in at the outlet on Saturday. They have really good prices and selections. Rich was very helpful and answered all our questions. A+++!!! We'll be back.

As a contractor having delt with several tile stores, I find Wayne tile to be a leader in the field. The staff there is very helpful throughout the process of design, layout and installation. I would highly recommend stopping by there first before your next tiling job.

Shopped in the outlet store. I had great assistance and recommendations from the employee. I was not able to perfectly match some old tiles in a bathroom and his advice for replacement tiles was excellent!
