Woodbridge Memorial Gardens

We chose this place because of their beautiful glass niche which is where my son is. Ralph( family service counselor)was very helpful, respectful and professional along with his manager Anne. It’s already very difficult to bury your child but having not to worry about every burial details helps ease it. Thank you Ralph and staff. Other family and friends have plots here as well.

My mom passed in November 2017, and today would have been her 97th birthday. Through Woodbridge Memorial Gardens I had order flowers to be placed at her grave site for several occasions, today being one of them. My mom's site is on the balcony of the mausoleum, which was in a revolting state. There were many vases tipped over with very dead flowers, weeds growing in from the paving stones. It appeared as though no one had taken a look up there in quite some time. Then there were no flowers. I was told the flowers would arrive about 11:00. At 12:15 I went back, and still no flowers. They did arrive shortly after that, but was told that there are times the flowers do not arrive until later in the afternoon. My whole experience with Woodbridge Memorial Gardens today was very disappointing. They do take very good care of the inside sections. Our departed loved ones and their families on the balconies deserve the same amount of respect and care.

Got here around 5:00 after work in December to place flowers at my parents grave. Being that it gets dark early during this time of the year I figured they would have the lights on in the outside moseleum during the winter months & holiday season, I figured wrong. The place was pitch black. I waited until 6:00 to see if they came on with a timer but no lights. It's Christmas time and I guess you can forget about paying your respects at this place after 4:00 because they are too cheap to put their lights on during the winter months & holiday season...

We lost our mother year and half ago unexpectedly and then lost our dad after a brief illness. They had purchased this site years ago and had it paid in full. Honestly it was the worst experience- our service was for 10:30 am - a few words were spoken and my dad was brought up to his plot. As we came back downstairs we were being rushed out of the facility because they had another service at 11AM??!? Our family is distributed all over the place and we were trying to say our goodbyes etc and the staff unapologetically told us that we had to move our cars. So incredibly disrespectful to my family but most importantly to mt dad.

Woodbridge Memorial Gardens charges PREMIUM prices and offers SUB STANDARD service and upkeep. I went to place flowers at my father's crypt and they have NO running water in the whole building. I had to fill up the vase with snow from outside. This is the second time they have had no running water in 3 weeks. This place is really going down. I have spent $30K at this cemetery and I can't even get something as simple as running water. What a shame.

Has anyone been to Woodbridge Gardens lately? What I saw today, 12-14-19, was disrepair. Water leaking thru the walls with a pipe coming out of it being held down by sandbags draped across the walkway. It's disrespectful to see our loved ones not taken care. Can't find anyone there to talk with, seems to be a go up the chain kind of deal.

Trying to get to some ivone that can help me and not getting call backs. funny same thing happened 4 years ago

No up keep on this place it's like no one cares! Went downhill fast .
