I had such a pleasant experience today with Lauren! We spent over 30 minutes together going to different brands and trying out products. She was so helpful & I cannot wait to come back.

I was scared to go into this location due to the reviews, but im glad i did. Lauren was absolutely amazing, helpful, and friendly, and she took her time to shade match me. Overall, the visit was met with a friendly associate (Dont know his name). Sephora, as usual, is a bit pricy, but I was satisfied with my purchase and my visit. Hope to have the same experience in the near future.

My new favorite location. Sales Associate, Mark is always eager to help and pleasant. Stopped in minutes before closing and he was so upbeat. Left with a smile.

A lot to choose from and helpful. No rush, look around and play if you want with different looks you may not try at home. No one’s looking. Lol

Great experience with Debbie and Crystal..Store Manager. Debbie has patience, expertise and is a great “go to” for beauty questions and recommendations. Crystal is caring and wants the customers to have a positive experience. What started out as a negative experience with Danielle and Sookie..an awful Manager, ended up ten stars with Crystal and Debbie.

Mahezbin did an awesome job on my makeup! I got so many compliments on it at the event I attended. She was very communicative and listened to my preferences. And she recommended great products for me. Would definitely go back to her again. And the rest of the staff was very friendly as well both to me and the other customers I saw them helping while I was in there.

Lauren was absolutely amazing! I went in there for a shade match and she took her time to find me a perfect match all while managing the store and making sure everyone was being helped. It’s the Sephora Sale time and the store was busy but she was amazing and delightful! Sephora is lucky to have someone like her!

The staff are so nice!!! And very knowledgeable. I was matched to my EXACT foundation shade in 5 seconds. It was literally my skin in a bottle. Mark and Jazay made sure I was helped without me even asking and as a shy person who hates asking for help, I so appreciated it!

So I almost didn’t go to this Sephora because of the previous reviews. But I decided to go based on the fact that they were the only Sephora that had the item I wanted in stock. I went last week Friday and was greeted at the door and I asked for help. The girl told me she couldn’t take me directly where I needed to because she had to man the front. Which is understandable. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to the station. As I walked to the staton another staff member was looking for something and then handed it to me. I had zero Idea she was getting me the item I had spoken to the girl in the front about. Then i decided to browse for a tinted moisturizer. Shavonie was super helpful and sweet ! She color matched me on the spot and even chatted with me at the counter. I asked about samples and she was more than happy to hand me some. Where at other Sephora stores I have visited they never have any or are just rude ! Simply put I will make this my go to Sephora even though it’s out of my way ! Thank you again Shavonie and staff for being awesome! I’m sorry I didn’t write this sooner ! Xo

Phenomenal store! Definitely the best customer service I have ever received at any retail establishment. I went in to shop for Christmas gifts for my daughter as Sephora is her favorite store. Mark and Victoria were so nice and helpful making sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted to make my daughter’s Christmas a special one. Thank you, again!

Arlene was incredible, I’m not that knowledgeable about makeup and she helped me pick out a ton of products that complimented my skin complexion! I felt so comfortable talking to her about my skin and I felt like she really cared about making sure I received the best foundation, mascara, blush and perfume! I will definitely come back here because there’s a few additional things I want.

Every time I come in the store I’m always met with love. I always leave that store with a smile and with my needs met. I was pregnant and an associate not only did my brows perfectly but helped me with a great skin care routine. A1 service.

I was really skeptical about this place because of the reviews but I really wanted the products that they had. They were the ONLY sephora that had a.plethora of a certain product that I will gatekeep haha. They were all very nice. It wasnt awkward, I went in: a girl asked if I needed help, I was like no thank you but she was fine and left me alone. The cashier was nice, idk what else to say. The guy wished me a good day. I will boost them up because maybe it was just a bad day when those ppl came in or whatever. But I liked it here. I will be back.

They helped me a lot. I wish they had more mens Fragrances/Colognes in stock. I was recommended to order online which was a bit annoying however the staff were very nice to me.
I do recommend women to go but for men they need to step up their game. Also guys should go there to buy colognes for themselves and their girls lol.

Can Sephora start taking their cards payment on the store also. Just a thought !!

The world shines and the sun goes on. In life sometimes there are situations that are beyond your control. Nonetheless with make up from Sephora I can do the around the eyes makeup for a Batman costume so that's a plus right? I think the world isn't all black and white. There's greys, and I feel like this moral ambiguity of Batmans actions are what makes him so popular. Maybe if I made myself into a Bat I would be popular and have friends. Probably not, goodnight America

Today was my first time in the Lake Success location. The salespeople were extremely friendly but Sara specifically was patient & knowledgeable. She made my experience a positive one.

I was so happy when this location opened! I wanted to give kudos to Diana (Diane?) Lee, she was so helpful the minute I walked in. I NEVER take the survey on the receipt but I accident threw it away so wanted to give her a shout out on here. She was so helpful with color matching & listens to what you want. I forgot what shade I bought for my eyebrows, & she looked it up for me via the app (I didn’t even think of doing that!). I rarely come into contact with Sephora employees bc I like to do my own thing but her positive vibes & attitude made it feel like I was shopping with a friend. Thank you!

Erica did an amazing job on my eye makeup application! She was so helpful and explained every detail. I received so many compliments at my friend's wedding. I will definitely be back again! Go see Erica, you won't be disappointed! :)
