Navien Boiler NCB-H 250/150H Install was a breeze and fast.

I want to express my gratitude with Jose “Navien Technician” who from the beginning of the process to the end was very professional and very responsive to my concerns but more important not just trying to do the sale but educate myself on what I need for my house. Also want to say big thanks to the installation plumber Carlos and his assistant who also were very careful with the apartment and left it clean at the end of the install. These guys did a piece of art installation compared to other projects I saw and of course my got rid of my nightmare old boiler (Utica Combi CCB-150).

The team finished the job in a reasonable time and the installation wasn’t too long to be scheduled after initial quote and they went beyond the initial quote to make sure everything looked right according to code for inspection.

These guys were fantastic! They went above and beyond To help us get through the last piece of our health inspection. That's right, the day of the health inspection the dishwasher Heating unit took a Dump.They took the initiative and did some investigating to find out The unit was under warranty. They got everything in place with an approval number from the manufacturer and installed within a day or 2. I definitely recommend

Garrett and his team are the best. Even during a water boiler shortage Garrett was able to secure a 50 gallon tank for my house. But before it got here he lent us a 40 gallon tank to make sure our newborn had hot water for her baths. Big thank you to Team Pepe - you are all rock stars and I would recommend you to everyone I know that lives in the area.

Company was very responsive, Raul promptly answered my emails and the technician Jose did the repair and was prompt, courteous and cleaned up upon completion. Repair was for a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater.

We have used them numerous times for annual furnace service. Always came same day, fast service and easy to do business with.

We had a major plumbing problem in a house we are renting. Pepe responded promptly and got someone there the same day. The plumber who came to the house, Jose, called and gave me a full, on-site explanation of what they had found and likely repairs, along with multiple photos. Company owner Garrett Pepe followed up by phone and walked us through the process. (Garrett also promptly returned subsequent phone calls during the process.) Unfortunately, they were not able to come out to make repairs the very next day, but did get someone there on the morning following, when repairs were fully completed to our satisfaction. Everyone was very polite and willing to go above and beyond in communication. Without hesitation I would use Pepe again.

Reached out to them because they were authorized installer for my HVAC equipment. They said that could do a job and quoted amount. When came on site wanted to charge me additional $200 for "diagnostic" to figure it out, left and came back to call manufacturer, demanded manuals, etc. In short they simply weren't qualified.

Went with another contractor. Job was done quickly, professionally and final invoice was less than original quoted amount by Pepe Plumbing.

Terrible company. Over charges for work thats not completed correctly. Doesn't pay his employees, vendors or subs. We did work for him roughly a year ago, have a signed contract and everything. Once the job was done, we sent pictures of completion got the OK from the owner and haven't heard a peep since. We've sent roughly a dozen emails, text messages and "messages" at the office that haven't been returned. I wouldn't call this guy if he was the last plumber on earth. We're currently taking Garrett, the owner to Special Civil for a lawsuit of roughly $8,000 because of accumulated interest charges. If you want a real plumbing, heating and air conditioning company, call us at Boiling Point Mechanical.

Their customer service is lousy. Called for someone to fix a leak. They sent someone out to inspect it, told us they would be there in two days, and no one ever showed up. We took a day off from work to wait for them. At 5 pm we called, we were told they were too busy that day. We told them forget it, we'll find someone else.

Several weeks later they had the nerve to send us a bill for the initial inspection and for a call the following day when no one showed up!!! When we called to complain about the bill, the lady who was in charge of invoices got very snippy, told us to never call them again and hung up on us.

I would never, ever think of using them again.

Called this company to help service a client and wss greeted very poorly by the office staff member Carol. Very short, and uninterested in gaining the work. It was a shame because we were looking to build a network with this company. Should really look into having a more personable team member answering the phone as i would never recommend a client to call this company and be treated that way.
