The store is extremely efficient. Called up ahead of time to check if they had the item and told them that I’d be dropping by to pick it up. When I got there the item was ready for me, and they even assisted me with other stuff that I was Interested in getting. Overall, I had a great experience and would buy again from them.

Great customer service. The staff was very welcoming and able to answer all my questions and I had a lot of questions. They really knew their stuff and even double-checked things for me just to see if I got the best deal on the cleats I was getting.

One satisfied customer here, looking for some gear for football and they have everything. They were quick to get the gear out of inventory and rung me up on the cashier right away. Great price too!

I needed new shoes for basketball as my old pair was really run down already. The associate was really attentive and friendly and helped me find a pair that suited me best. I forgot his name but I really appreciated all the help.

Best experience I have ever had in when buy golf clubs. They had everything I needed and the guy that assisted me definitely knew what he was talking about. Need more people like that.

If sporting goods are what you want, Dick’s is the place to be. They have everything that you need, and what you can’t find, they’ll look for you. Friendly staff and knowledgeable too.

I had a problem with one of the items I bought from them and they quickly assisted me and got everything replaced. I even got store credit for the damaged item

Their prices are really great, cheaper even than in some places like Target or Walmart, and the staff are so helpful and looked up everything I asked for.

There aren’t many sporting goods stores that are as helpful as these folks. Definitely hitting them up next time I need to buy shoes or goods.

I was there shopping for a punching bag on 12/6/22 around 9am. I am going through the worst time of my life right now and your associates there were able to help me pull my mind away from that for just a moment in time with their positive attitudes, helpfulness and energy. Isiah was one of 4 associates doing an amazing job.

Shopping for golf clubs, the layout of the store is great. My cashier Kim was super friendly and helped me save! Satisfied customer!

Went to pick up some gloves a couple days ago and got in line. I walked to the closest open register and the girl ignored me and pretended like I was not there. To top it all off she was doing absolutely nothing. Not even a “I can help you in a second” or “someone over there can help you.” Super unprofessional and an overall uncomfortable experience. I took note of her name tag and it read Brooke. The girl at the other register saw what was happening and told me that she could help me over there. She was very sweet and the only reason I am giving 5 stars. The other girl gets 0 stars. Don’t work if you aren’t actually going to do your job. The second girls name was Jessica and she was very professional & patient with me. Need more workers like her!!

Dan manager was amazing. We had an issue with our bball hoop. He helped us out with another hoop. I appreciate him making my son's bday a big hit.

Can't say enough about them. Our son had pick out a pair of $90 cleats for soccer, but when we checked out they were really $199! Well our son was totally bummed. Someone had switched the price on the display shoe. Anyway, Matt and James, the checkout guys took control and said that shouldn't have happened and honored the $90 price! Great customer service.
