American Eagle Store

Staff is amazing! Unlike other stores every time I go into this American Eagle I am greeted at the door and asked if I need any help. The store manager saw that I was holding items that I wanted to try on and was nice enough to offer to hold my items at the fitting room. It was great to know I had a fitting room waiting for me and I could look for more items without having to carry everything. It was a welcome change to actually see store employees and managers who care to help the customer. I watched the store manager make sure that everyone who walked into the store was greeted and made to feel welcome. As I was shopping for additional items to try on the store manager came to check on me a couple of times to make sure that I didn't need help. Like I said a welcome change from what I am used to where people just don't seem to care about the customer or their job. These employees clearly take pride in what they do!

I was in on the 27th. A girl went out of her way and helped my son walk through the store and pick out clothes that didn’t overstimulate him. It’s so hard to find employees like that nowadays. Maddy? Mandy? The store manager is also very kind and helpful

The staff made the whole experience the best. They were very helpful in listening to what my granddaughter was looking for and showing her the style options. Then they ordered her size for us and had it sent to her home.
