Marissa was absolutely wonderful. She helped keep our vision and was mindful of our budget. Our project experienced some delays, but Marissa remained so encouraging. When it came time for the tile delivery, Nikki made sure everything went smoothly. Never would go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough great things about Stratta Tile. We worked with Alexis, not only did she get our taste immediately, she was fun to work with. She spent a lot of time with us, had fantastic suggestions and was so good with our toddler son, while we worked together to make many decisions. We absolutely love our choices and cannot thank her enough. Also, whenever we have reached out to Alexis and Nikki, who owns the store, as well as Aly, they always answer our questions quickly and get us what we need ASAP. Beautiful selection and amazing, friendly, supportive customer service, which is extremely rare to find these days.

The customer service at Stratta is Amazing! Everytime I call the store, they assure me that they will get the job done. Alexis, Aly and Nikki have gone above and beyond to ensure that my tiles/grout were delivered on time and to my doorstep. Thus far there have been no delays with my bathroom project. They also assisted with drawings. During this pandemic, it is a challenge to find reliable vendor, but they are truly remarkable.

Strata tile is amazing! I’ve used them for multiple projects and everyone I have dealt with was unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and went above and beyond ! They even matched pricing I got at another local tile place.. not nearly as nice to deal with as strata tile! They also have an amazing selection of reasonable and high end gorgeous tile with a extensive showroom.. I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen projects and my current pool outdoor project... I have done many projects and Have dealt with many different people in the design trade/construction and anytime you deal with someone so helpful and professional it really makes an impact and eases the stress of doing such projects knowing that the end result will be amazing too..

Stratta is simply amazing! Marissa designed the master bath of our dreams - beautiful use of pattern, gorgeous tile, and within budget! They are super honest- which I really appreciate (especially when it came to grout color and considering maintenance in our son's bathroom!) Listen to the design team- they have fabulous taste and know their stuff! No need to look anywhere else.

My wife, and i did a complete renovation of our home. Stratta tile was a one stop shop for all our tile needs. Marissa assisted us with design ideas, and even provided a 3D design that allowed us to visualize the tile on the existing space. Nicky, and the staff were available throughout the process They provided courteous, professional customer service, with complete focus on attention to detail.

I had a great experience working with Stratta for a pretty section of backsplash above my range to stand out in my all white kitchen. Marissa was very helpful in taking an inspiration picture and giving me really great options to choose from. They were able to expedite to meet my construction deadlines and overall had really amazing customer service.

Stratta tile boutique is fabulous. Not only do they have the most amazing selection the customer service exceeded my expectations. I worked with Alexis and she went above and beyond to make my experience so delightful. We ran out of tile and she personally got in her car and tracked down a few extra tiles that were on backorder for me! Now thats amazing.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience working with the team at stratta. The quality of their product, their knowledge of style and design and he customer service were incomparable. When it was time to buy tile for my whole house (which was new construction), I went to every tile store in the area but when I walked in to Stratta it was like I was given a whole other level or attention, support and direction. Alexis Savva, the sales associate who assisted me, is also a trained architect so she was amazing at helping me make my vision come to life. This tile store is an amazing place to get beautiful tiles, mosaics, etc. to remodel your home. The stuff we found in this place was really outstanding. It was a great experience to work with Nicole and her team. They are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nicole totally remodeled our house. The house now got a modern, upscale look with reasonable spending.

The most beautiful tile showroom I've visited in the NYC metro area. If you're in or around Bergen County and need some high-end interior design inspiration, you owe it to yourself to visit Nicole and the staff at Stratta. They're knowledgeable, avant-garde, and a little daring.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Not only does Niki have the most incredible taste level, she also has an elevated creative perspective, precise concierge service and the fastest delivery around. Her breadth and scope of surfaces and industry contacts quite frankly, ROCKS! You would be challenged to find anyone better to design the final touches to your masterpiece interiors and exteriors.

The woman who showed us tiles was so nice and very helpful. The store is beautiful. I was most impressed with the different mosaics.
