Stopped by for a beer and bite on St Patty's Day !! Great meals... good service and got to sit outside since nice weather !!! Loved the special - opened faced corn beef sandwich on rye bread with melted provolone cheese smothered on top! Delicious. Side of fries and another order of grilled chicken also. With 2 pints of " Black & Blue," loved it!

New Park Tavern was recommended to us from friends in the East Rutherford area, certainly did not disappoint! Went in and the place was busy and active, great vibe for a local place. Heard the bar pie was great. We ordered the margherita pizza. Not only the best bar pie I have had, the pizza overall ranks high with any pizza place. Draft beer was very cold, perfectly tasting, I usually don’t get direct beer. Great selection of beer, wine, and drinks. Highly recommend this spot when in the East Rutherford area!

What a great American pub! The pizza is excellent along with the tasty chicken wings. This place has plenty of TVs and seating to hang out or watch your favorite sporting event. The bar is a beautiful wrapping around the entire room. Nice selection of craft beer, excellent service and patrons to share the experience with. I highly recommend a stop here if your anywhere near Rutherford NJ!

Great local bar feel, but the atmosphere is warm and cozy with a VERY large circular bar, making it unique as well. Pizza is a thin tavern style pie and very delicious. Other items on the menu are just as good. They also have dining rooms in the back as well if bar room dining is a bit too casual, making it much more kid friendly. I highly recommend it.

The cheese pizza and cheese cake were very yummy! In fact it’s the best cheese cake I’ve ever had so far! Also ordered the Alfredo but unfortunately it wasn’t for us.. everything else was outstanding!

What do I say about this place.. it feels like coming home for us. Noisy, bustling with energy, young chilled vibe. Don't get me wrong, you will see all kinds of age groups hanging here. And possibly many of them stay close by from the bar.
Our favorite thing to order is the combo of Apple Martini and Cheesy Garlic Bread.
We love hanging by the bar. It can get crowded though during weekends but they do have plenty of family tables at the back.
Love the chill vibe, our goto place whenever we need a quick break.

Best pizza ever, the thin crust is to die for. The french Fries are so crispy!! The staff is so welcoming and always treats us wonderfully. The staff knows our order by heart which means a lot and they look out for their regulars.

First time there. Recommended by our best friends. I started with the mussels, they were delicious!!! Finished with eggplant parmigiana and spaghetti. Best eggplant I have ever had at a restaurant. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked and the sauce was amazing. The New Park Tavern is a BIG, BIG, BIG KEEPER. You gotta go there. 👍😋

I lived beside New Park Tavern for 5 years. I moved to PA 13 years ago. To this day, their pizza is still my favorite. The crust, sauce, and cheese blend is perfection. Nothing comes close to their pizza. Everything they make is excellent even the salads!

Currently, my favorite pizza joint also has great mussels and wings! What more can you ask for??

The ice cold beer-and I cannot stress ICE COLD enough-keeps us coming back for more. We also love the amazing bar pie and the hometown pub vibe offered at the New Park Tavern.

Try Prime Rib Tuesday! Always great Pizza and a great organized well run staff. Friendly local place. Eaten Pizza for 30 years, but had ignored Prime Rib Tuesday for years fearing I'd be disappointed.

For $19.95 it's the best Prime Rib for the money!

First time here in October. Rendezvoused with others to pre-game before the Giants - Rams game. The food and drinks were good along with very friendly, attentive service. Loved the atmosphere. A true sports bar. We love to spend more time there again if we're in the area.

We love this place. Have been regular patrons for over a year and the staff is amazing, not to mention the great service. Get the mussels with the hot sauce and a dirty martini, you won’t regret it!

I liked the Angry Orchard cider beer they served me at a relatively cheap price.

Every time we are looking where to go and always end up here!
Cool big round bar in the middle where we (almost) always find a place to sit.
Prices are pretty good with a decent selection of beers.
I still have to try their food though.
The crowd is mixed but mostly 30-40.
Local vibes with laid back atmosphere.

Definitely recommended if you need a go to spot to casually grab a drink

Last night was my first time at The New Park Tavern for a sports event, loved it! Excellent service, good food, TVs everywhere, give it a try, you will thank me later!

I visited the New Park Tavern on Oct 15th while in town for work. The atmosphere was great! There were plenty of television screens around with a variety of sporting events on. The bar tenders were super attentive and made some fantastic recommendations from the menu. It was very clear that they all take great pride in the establishment and were having fun. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
