Blarney Station Pub

I always have a great time here, whether it's for drinks with friends, solo dinner or a date. The servers and bartenders are very friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Quality of food is very good. It's a little small, which never caused me any problems, but something to keep in mind on busier days. Someone here complained in a review that it's expensive for the amount of food that you get but you're paying for quality not quantity. Plus it's still cheaper than the overpriced restaurants in Rutherford, which seem to prefer status over service.

Best Irish Burger I've ever had,Paris the waitress is super friendly and nice .I travel all over and without a doubt this pub is by far the nicest I've ever been ,can't wait to go back and enjoy some more ,5 stars !! Cheers Friends

Kathleen rocks at the bar while some great country music plays in the background. You know a bartender is good when you see people coming in because it's her shift. I've been coming here over the years I've lived in town. I have kids so not often. When I do the food is always good.

Very very good food. Had the bbq wings the first time. And then the chicken pot pie the second time.

Place is Great local watering hole. I always enjoy my food and two shots with pints. Kathleen is fantastic. Really prompt service.

I have been here a couple of times, and the food is always excellent. The atmosphere is good. I have eaten outside which is a nice way to enjoy the weather. The fish and chips is excellent And the burgers. I’ve also had the pierogies which are yummy. The service is good and you can get a drink since it is a Pub.

Awesome food, the menu is incredible. Hard to decide what to eat! The owners bought the 4 of us a round of drinks out of nowhere. Super friendly patrons and workers! Hit it up!

Always a favorite watering hole, food has always been good and they switch the menu up from time to time, keeping the classics. Great place to be at for game day.

Best chicken fingers anywhere. If you know me, you know what a big deal that is. I only will sit outside next to the tracks.

We visited the Blarney Station Pub for a very early (4:00 pm) dinner on Sunday, June 11th. It was a beautiful so we were able to sit at a table in the sidewalk seating area outside. We sat under an awning and it was very pleasant. My wife and I (in our 60's) were joined by our son, who is in his 20's. None of us are fond of loud restaurants; the indoor part of the Blarney Station Pub has a bar area and also a seating area. The bar area was rather loud (so that one would have to raise one's voice to carry on a conversation). Outside was much quieter, except that it is located adjacent to the Rutherford Train Station and trains came through or arrived and departed at least three times in the hour we were there. They are loud enough to interfere with conversations, but usually short in duration. The food was excellent - we shared the German pretzel with Guiness cheese appetizer. Four (approximately) 8-inch straight pretzels were firm on the outside and baked to a soft, bread-like interior (not doughy, as some pretzels are). We all enjoyed the appetizer. I had the shepherd's pie and it was delicious, though it did not come with any side dish accompaniments. There were quite a few beers/ales on tap (I think about 25 varieties). My son and I each had a Guiness stout. The service was prompt and the servers were helpful with menu suggestions and they made sure that we were taken care of properly. I enjoyed the Blarney Station Pub and would definitely consider going back again.

Nice atmosphere and great food. The shepherd's pie and chicken pot pie are excellent. The salmon burger is really good. They have a nice selection of beer as well.

Such a great spot! It was super busy and we came in looking for a table and were helped right away! The owner was excellent and took care of our first round as she felt we waited too long! Wasn’t necessary as we hardly waited but shows how much they truly care! Couldn’t be more pleased!
