My experience with this company was horrible!!! The woman was rude and very inconsiderate. When I arrived and informed her I don't have the tax exempt that she's speaking of she became very rude and started to scold me like a child. I was calm until she got angry about paying with a credit card when I tried to explain to her what was going on she cut me off and would not give me a chance to speak. I felt like I wasn't heard as the customer and I felt like my issues didn't matter to her. I will never do business with this company ever again and I will NOT recommend them to any of my colleagues they lost a great customer because of their poor customer service.
