I came in on a Tuesday night close to 8pm the time they close for the evening. I was able to purchase sneakers from the shoe department and bracelets from the jewelry department without a problem. Both sales associates were patient and helpful. Thankfully I ended the shopping there right at 8pm which the sales associate who was helping me didn’t rush and I was the one who did due to the time and being considerate unlike other customers lol mag I add the store is well kept.

You get quality products here.

They have good quality shoes and clothing for all ages. As well as many other things you find in a big department store.

The prices may appear to be higher than other places but, you get what you pay for.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

There is a coffee shop also. And plenty of free parking.

Kim in the men’s dept was amazing yesterday. She helped me find a great suit and sports coat and a few dress shirts that fit me perfectly. Haven’t taken the time to get this kind of stuff for years, but my old staples are really wearing down, and her help was just perfect. Thanks Kim!

That time of the year for me, bra shopping! Yesterday, I was provided excellent and personable customer service by Kerianne. After careful measuring, Kerianne worked on getting me the best bras. In addition, she provided me with the best education I ever received on bra fitting. It was well worth the price and time. Thank you Kerianne!

One of the few retail stores I feel underdressed in. Almost gagged to death passing the perfume counters on the way to the restroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and I got my return done in record time. If you're into this expensive highmarket tomfoolery I'm sure you could do worse than Nordstrom

Had to make a return, unfortunately I was past my 30 days so I gladly accepted my store credit. I feel very confident that I will find something within two weeks or less, it’s a great place to find something to wear or accessorize your latest outfit or update something already in your closet🤗

BTW the credit is longer than two weeks; I go often so I’ll use it quickly.

Always clean and spacious. Ample parking. I like to park close to Macy's under ground

High quality clothing which you will pay for.
One thing of note, when Nordstom opened in Menlo Park Mall, I was a young man. I couldn't afford much then, but I purchased a nice belt on opening day September 27, 1991. It was at that time, guaranteed for life.
I have worn that belt for over 32 years and it still looks and wears as perfect as the day I purchased it.

Clean. They have a tailor on site. Centrally located.

Went to the shoe department to purchase mens and womens Uggs. The sizes were in stock in most colors.

Marissa in the Order Pickup section went above and beyond to help me track down my order and get it fitted. Really appreciate your help and urgency.

My mom wanted me to write a review for Armando R. She said he helped her with the purchase of her shoes and he was amazing to work with. She also ended up buying ugg slippers because he was that great lol. Thank you

Love this store, it is my go to, they carry really unique, and quality brands.

Best shopping experience ever - - all thanks to Kim G. in the Menswear department. Personable, helpful, humorous, and a great eye for fashion to boot. Saw to our needs and nudged us in the right direction! Strongly recommended!

I took my friend to see Jerrianne the bra fitter, and once again, she did a great job in finding the perfect bra for senior friend.

My experience at this location is outstanding! Mostly because of Lisa Totten. Lisa is an amazing Nordstrom associate, her knowledge of makeup, and ALL the latest products is totally amazing. Lisa goes above and beyond to always help me with all my needs of latest inquiries of products. I am always up to date with all products because of Lisa’s extreme dedication to me and I have to say, to all her customers because I have seen the respect and dedication she has for consumers in the store. Lisa is an asset to Nordstrom!

Beautiful place

My first ever visit to this store. Bought a pair of Peter Millar pants. Service from John was excellent as was the tailoring. The finished garment arrived at my house early and fit perfectly. Will return to the store later this year.

My experience at this store was outstanding mainly due to Krishna! A godsend and a pleasure to work with. I needed help with an event and she not only came through but went above and beyond to accommodate my immediate need. Let me say this: She knows her stuff when it comes to makeup and fashion.
