My husband had an emergency, where he lost his truck key while at the park with my child. Although we couldn't get a key made that day because it was a Sunday and dealerships and the like are all closed, he got us in the very next morning. He thoroughly explained what had to be done and explained the time frame we should expect. We did not need to tow the truck anywhere. He came right to the park. Payment was easy and reasonable by comparison. We would absolutely call this company again.

Just like to say , so glad I read the reviews, would definitely recommend Ian and his company. I was having an issue with a programmable lock I installed in an entryway door for my tenants. The bolt was having an issue.
Ian was very accommodating on phone and he sent over his tech Dave who saw problem addressed it and now my tenants are very happy. Originally Ian said later in afternoon, then he called said Dave could be there within the hour. Price was very reasonable and less of headache for me trying to fix it.

one word for this company. AMAZING. my lock had broken on my front door, and i immediately picked up the phone to call Dekoffs. Ian answered the phone and i explained what happened to them. EXCELLENT service. they came out there the same day and immediately fixed my lock for me. it was so quick! they were extremely friendly, yet professional. i would 1000% recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing service, I was having difficulty with my landlord and she had come to the apartment on numerous occasions when I was not there. Plus the deadbolt was difficult to use. They came over right away and installed a new deadbolt and door lock for me within 15 minutes it was fixed. When they heard what I was dealing with and found out I was a disabled veteran, the locksmith called the owner Eion (I’m not sure how to spell his name and my iPhone talk text is not being any help), and they didn’t charge me a cent. Such amazing people, willing to help a complete stranger in these difficult times, which is an example that all companies should follow. Thank you again and I highly recommend this company for any and all your lock/key needs.

Called them less than 1 hr ago to get into a vehicle, and already done. The price was very reasonable and unlike other companies who hide fees and surprise you at last moment, I got a price on the phone. Highly recommend if you are locked out of vehicle. Very professional crew.
