Amazing food at good prices. No nonsense ordering. I ordered bagels to go for traveling with intent to freeze them and the workers gave me a freezer bag and some tips to properly freeze for best quality. I have since thawed them out and started eating them and they're still fantastic! This is a picture of Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel; the other picture is part of the sandwich along with a bite of blueberry bagel with cream cheese (they put a ton on and it's delicious)!

Best bagels in the area IMO, and my family always makes sure to grab a few when I fly back to NJ. And then on the flip side, I always bring a few back to Louisiana to soften the blow of leaving the garden state again. Pillowy soft bagels with just enough crust to hold up well to toasting and lots of cream cheese. Definitely try the French toast, Egg, Rainbow, and blueberry flavors.

Parking lot is small and usually busy in the morning. They have a good selection of beverages and bagels. Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a bagel was fresh, moist and delicious. Bacon, egg and cheese was pretty good too but bacon could have been slightly crispier. Ordering and paying don’t happen at the same time. Can be confusing when you first come here. Would come back!

Amazing. You will never have a bagel as amazing as Mountain Lakes Bagel. Go in the morning, as the afternoon staff has less people and less flow. Everyone is great.

Delicious bagels and sandwiches, easily my favorite in the area. That’s why they’re always packed! Unfortunately, they always mess up my order. I ordered a sandwich on a plain bagel and got an everything bagel. Another time, I got an egg bagel. I order Taylor ham and cheese and I get Taylor ham, egg and cheese on more than one occasion. The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing, just learned to check my order before I leave.

As always AMAZING bagels. Thank you for all of your donations to my Uncle Phil's Yumi's Run every year. He got me hooked on your bagels that every time we are in the area we have to bring some home. Always so welcoming as well. I'm so sorry to say that Uncle Phill has passed away very recently.

Best bagels in Morris county— and beyond. They have hash browns too now! My favorite is, of course, Taylor ham eggs and cheese on a honey whole wheat. A few places locally have honey bagels but these are THE BEST of the best.

Best bagels and food!!! Been coming here for years as a child, moved away and in 15 years, yet still the great food I remembered.

We love this place. The bagels are always perfectly cooked and they make a great Bacon Egg and Cheese. They can be a bit busy depending on the time of day, but it's completely justified and worth waiting it out.

My favorite bagel shop, hands down! Growing up I always considered this place the best. Although I've moved away and pretty much everything else has seemed to change, it's comforting knowing this place hasnt! Just recently visited and it's still the best bagel place hands down! If in the area, you should grab a TEC on a hard roll and a dozen bagels assorted with some of their cream cheese spreads, you won't regret it.

Bagels are amazing but the only people that seem to ever get my orders right are Sam and Mike!! The other workers can be somewhat rude at times but they’re also really young. Food is a 5 service is a 4.

Anytime I pass by during business hours I stop in. They have one of the best Taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwiches I've ever had. A great selection of different types of bagels, sandwiches and meals. The service is fast and the prices are reasonable. I cannot recommend mountain lakes bagel and deli enough. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

When you first walk in you should immediately go to the right counter by the bagels that's where you take your order there's no signs but that's what the locals taught me.

People are friendly and they accomodate your requests. It's old fashioned with writing requests on paper and sticking it on the wall
I always wondered how they don't get it wrong even when it gets packed. On the other hand there are those restaurants who take their own sweet time taking your order and mess up simple requests. No wonder it get's crowded in this place. And the food is simple great.
