I have had very positive experiences with this place. number one, they were able to get insulation for me that I could not get anywhere else. number two, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. they were all on the ball, and very bright, and helpful. they help me load a very large order into my truck, and we're surprisingly quick in doing so. I really cannot say enough good things about them.

Almost impossibly well stocked and reasonably priced. Not sure how they manage to get an entire big box store worth of variety into such a small space. Great to see an independent store knock it out of the park.

What nice people and place this is. They were actually closing when he saw me coming in and he open the door for me and asked if he could help me his name was John what an amazing place this is to come to do business I was in an out within two minutes.

Every time I go here the staff has been EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable and I've never had to wait. I always shop here over Home Depot (I'm basically never happy with other hardware type stores)
Prices are reasonable and I've never gone home empty handed.

John help me to find the right size screw for our closet door hardware. But, then he actually cut it to the size needed. This is a type of customer support that is very rare for an item that costs less than a dollar. Thank you John.

Its nice having a hardware you can walk to. Not having to drive to a giant megastore for basics is lovely. Any town without a local hardware store is incomplete.

I cannot state enough how helpful and understanding the entire staff at Denville hardware is. With helpful tips. Cost saving ideas and a ton of inventory to handle your needs it is a fantastic alternative to the big box stores. Have been dealing with Denville Hardware since moving to Denville NJ in the late ‘60s and the people working there make it a wonderful experience to shop there and if they don’t happen to have what you need…(which is rare)they will order it for you!Can’t say enough good things about them.

John D. is a huge help. He's been working there since the '70's. The prices are fair, but not the best. For $60 a year one can get 20% off of products that are not on sale. I have noticed that some items that are 'on sale' are only 2 cents less than regular price.

Great store for household repair needs, consumables, and most common tools. Much better customer service than the big stores and surprisingly competitive pricing, especially with the yearly 20% discount membership. Highly recommend.

A terrific local hardware store, right in the middle of downtown Denville, with its own parking lot, a great selection, and a wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, truly customer-oriented staff. I love shopping here! Buy local -- support this fantastic store! We're lucky it's here!

Nine times out of ten, Denville HW has what I am looking for so I don’t spend extra time and gas going to big orange. The staff at the store are educated in all nuances of repairs. John is my favorite go to guy. Thank you for being there.

Great local hardware store, good selection and a great, knowledgeable staff. Better prices than the big all-in-one store. Good local citizen, supports the town. If they don't got it, they'll get it. I've been shopping the for over 35 years !

Quality service every time. Almost always have exactly what you need or can help you figure it out! And if it's not I. Stock they can get it fast enough. This is the true nature of a small business with a big heart.

When you're in business for over 70 years, what does that tell you? The owner and staff are always willing to help you find whatever you need. You just don't get this kind of service with big box stores. Shop smart and shop local.
