QDOBA Mexican Eats

So I stop dining at this location a while back for many reasons, but yesterday my sister insisted we had qdoba and this was the closest one. Their customer service was amazing yesterday. The line server was having some difficulties with redeeming my birthday reward. The manager can too help & she could see my reward, and for some reason the app just wasn’t allowing me to scan. After she tried to help trouble shoot it and was unsuccessful she just said no worries sweetheart we will honor it. Happy birthday & i hope you enjoy your chips and Queso with your meal. We appreciate you choosing Qdoba today! I was truly blown away because this particular location has always had poor customer service but today visit was so pleasurable. The restaurant was clean & the food tasted as good as it looked.

I was skeptical because I always got chipotle. This was my very first time. The food was so good. The service was wonderful. The juices are so good and fresh. My food was actually hot. Whoever worked Friday May 17th around 8:00pm. Omg y’all did wonderful. My new fav spot.

I was told about this restaurant and how friendly and clean is the place and to ask for I.Smith because his service is the best I had a burrito and chips with guacamole its awesome Mr Smith is very fast with the service and is friendly with his customers. Keep him he a fantastic worker

I got two surf and turfs and they were awesome! The Sunday afternoon team here is great. They were very nice and considerate! All in all great place to have some lunch !

Ordered takeout here once. The food was great and the staff was incredibly receptive to any request for my meal. Price is pretty competitive too.

I love this qdoba so much the employee that made my bowl was super nice and he was very generous with the portions I highly recommend coming here!!!!!

Omg I went to the Qdoba in union on Thursday night, the new staff is so amazing, very polite and the food was so good I will be back fosure..

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always prepared accurately and it’s always an enjoyable experience all around at this Qdoba. Will visit again

Very good the best thing to get is bowl and burritos always fresh

The staff was excellent here. I started a smoothie cleans and I didn't bring one out with me. I didn't think I would be out long. My son loves QDOBA and wanted to stop here. I explained to them what I couldn't have and they came up with a great salad for me.

Pretty dark but good customer service. It's good and super filled bowls.

The employees were all incredibly nice & polite, it was as if I was at a chick-fil-a. There was even an employee sitting & eating a bowl on his lunch break who said "have a nice day" to me as I was leaving, even though he was off the clock. I've never experienced such genuine politeness at any fast food place so it was very refreshing & really brightened my day during my lunch break. Also food was good & good portions as well.

Sadly I don't have pics I went on Friday night my first time the staff was amazing, Freddy I think that was who preapred my food was amazing. The food was AMAZING... I'm so mad it took me this long to try this place. I got a bowl and a burrito 😌 soooo good. I will be returning to try something else.

Clean establishment and courteous staff. They were not playing behind the counter just doing their jobs. The food was fresh and delicious. You also get more food than you get at Chipotle (especially now). Plenty of seating available and the music is good, pretty neutral. Fair pricing for the food,although the bottled drink prices are like a movie theater or event establishment. No complaints though. And I might add that Qdoba has always had the best queso!

Qdoba is a favorite of mine!!!!!! Service is great,tons of seating for dine in and more than enough parking in the lot.

Great food the portions are always great love this place

5 years later and this is still our go-to q’s. Joe and team have my family’s order memorized since we visit at least once a month #kiddingnotkidding

So I'm have come here a ton of times but in the last 2 months this restaurant has significantly improved in all aspects of their business. The food is fresher and consistent and the employees seem to be happier than in my many previous times. It was so bad that I actually stopped coming to this location but its definitely a turn around. I guess they got new managers or corporate had got involved because they clearly show a solid improvement.
