Glamour Boutique

I came to this boutique because when I tried to Amazon prime a gaff it wouldn’t come in time for Halloween. Normally I would use a homemade one but they typically don’t look correct under skin tight clothes. I was looking for a store in jersey where I could get one before Halloween. That’s when I discovered Glamour Boutique. So I made a day trip to Fairfield, NJ on a whim that they would have what I was looking for. The boutique was a little tricky to find as it is unmarked and hidden in the back to the right behind the gas station l. But once I found the place I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a real life hidden gem. I have to say the gentleman whom helped me out, David was super sweet and a great conversationalist. They even had wigs. I picked one up on a whim too and boy did it look real. The salesman informed me it was a Louis Ferre and that they are one of the best but we’re sadly discontinued. I’d have to say I got a lot of compliments on my hair when I wore her. Glamour Boutique transformed my 20$ costume from Walmart into a fantasy. I felt so beautiful and reaffirmed with my accessories. 10/10 would highly recommend. It is well worth the drive.

I've been here twice now. The first time i got a beautiful pair of high boots I absolutely adore. The second was for my birthday to get a makeover from the neck up. They did an amazing job so much so a long time friend commented she barely recognized me I looked so feminine. Really made me feel feminine and wonderful I can't recomend them enough I absolutely will be back.

Was mostly looking to try on shoes for larger women's sizes. Still need more time to think about it before i pull the trigger , but i still left with something. David was very helpful and kind. I plan on returning at some point!

Still working up the courage to make my 1st visit, but I've heard nothing but good things about the place and it will be where I go first. Soon I hope.

I had such a great experience with David. He made me feel so at ease. I left wearing some of my purchases. I'm so excited to go home and have a little fashion show. Thanks the most for making me feel so comfortable while I was trying on my clothes. In the years I have been a closeted crossdresser, this was by far my best experience. I love how my body, just feels so different. Next thing will be my first time out with other girls.

So I will say this. If you are a CD in this area looking to get a makeover don't skip this place. Jenna the makeup artist was a complete doll and from the moment you walk in all the anxiety dissappears. If you are like me there is a ton of it. The place is totally secluded so if you want to show up in your dress and stilettos you don't have to sweat weaving through a giant crowd of people. The prices were totally reasonable and not once will they make you feel uncomfortable. Email David and I promise you won't be let down.

I thoroughly enjoyed time ,here the makeup artist and owner put me right at ease. It is a place I will be thankfully say I would return to.
