Great experience. Finally found a Funko here that I have looking for for awhile and decided to order from them after reading good reviews, and they came through. I ordered on Sunday and they shipped it the same day, and it came in on Friday. Shipping was packaged very well and box/pops came in great condition. Would definitely order from here again!

My friend told me about Undiscovered Realm and told me this Hero Killer Stain Funko POP! From the my hero academia series was available. It was advertised as having some box damage and some companies would use that to skimp on the packaging, but he came in a correctly sized box with bubble wrap all the way around him, and the box damage wasn’t even that bad!
Very very pleased with this purchase.
The shipping speed was great!
I will likely check Undiscovered Realm again when the next wave of this series comes out and possibly do my pre-orders through them too, just because their customer service is really fantastic

Pre-ordered Dungeons and Dragons "Tasha's Cauldron of Everything" with Undiscovered Realms. They were in contact with me along every step of the process. Even when an issue had occurred with my order I was immediately notified and given continual notice as new information presented itself. Overall, Very satisfied with their excellent Customer Service, especially during the Pre and Current Holiday Season.

I ordered 2 booster boxes from them and they included the buy a box promo which was really awesome of them. The prices of the booster boxes is really good and shipping for me is amazing. They arrived as if I walked out the store nice and mint and I live in california so to receive a package from all the way from new york and arrive in mint is really awesome. Undiscovered Realm is one of my favorite places for all my funko needs! Their prices are always very competitive with a great selection and their customer service is excellent! It might take a day or 2 to get a response but you ALWAYS get a response and they are very accommodating to all your needs! I had an issue with one of my orders and they were quick and helpful in resolving the issue. They always ship their orders immediately and me being in NY it only takes 2 business days (sometimes even next day) to arrive with free shipping for orders over $75 or $5 flat rate shipping otherwise. Also, they don’t charge tax (at least for NY orders, not sure about any other region) which most sites do so you really can’t beat free shipping and no tax. I am and will continue to be a loyal patron! Love Undiscovered Realm! Highly recommended!!

My 1st purchase with Undiscovered Realms went so well, I immediately knew I would shop with them again. They had a semi-difficult to find item for a reasonable price & reasonable shipping. They item arrived in better than expected condition, was wrapped & packaged carefully and was shipped out the same day as purchased. It arrived next day despite common shipping delays. I'm only a couple of states away but still, that's outstanding processing & shipping time. Customer service was above & beyond. They reached out after the purchase to say thank you for supporting their business and if there were any issues to contact them immediately; really great customer outreach. My 2nd purchase was an identically fantastic experience. I will definitely continue shopping online with them and if I ever find myself in the White Plains area, I will definitely make it a point to stop by this store. No doubt in my mind that it would be worth the in person visit.

This has been such a positive experience for me as a collector of pops. I tried to buy them from entrainment earth or from other retail stores like hot topic of from the funko store itself and undiscovered realm is just so reliable and the shipping is unbelievably quick. I've ordered about 15 pops from you guys and everything has been in amazing condition and it always got here so quickly. One thing that undiscovered realm does differently, is provide mystery boxes that are worth every penny. That is my biggest personal appeal when coming to your website and also the amount of exclusive pops you carry in your store. First of all, if you’re looking for grails with good prices this Is the place for you, if you’re looking for really anything this is the place; they get pre-orders in, they care about their customers & they’re shipping is reasonably priced. I’ve gotten a lot of amazing pops from them and they came in great! They’re always very honest about conditions of their items and they always respond to questions and really show they care. I’ve gotten a lot of good pops from them and they ship almost right away. 100% recommended from a fellow pop collector.

I've ordered online from Undiscovered Realm twice now and I have absolutely no complaints! They have a wide selection of Funko Pops for extremely fair prices. My order was shipped within about an hour of placing it, and everything arrived well packaged, in a timely manner.

I ordered a Funko Pop off their site, they sent me an email every step of the way until it arrived at my home! It’s crucial nowadays to support small business, and it’s well worth it here. I ordered online a 1990 TMNT Casey Jones action figure from here, and not only did it arrive a little early than expected, but it arrived in excellent condition, Mint in Box! Perfection and a great decent priced professional online store that I will do business with in the future if need be!!!!
