This Asian supermarket is way better than most if not all of the Asian supermarkets that I have ever been in terms of variety of selections, cleanness, freshness and quality of the products. The most impressive selections are their meat department and seafood department. I can find all kinds of meat to meet any of the culinary purpose: Western style or Korean style BBQ, hotpot, Chinese simmering soup, etc. Marinated or raw, they are all fresh. The seafood section is dry and clean with live seafood in a wet tank. The selection is exceptional. Every time I go there, I’d try something different. The deli/cooked food are flavorful. I live in Connecticut. Since I discovered this store, I’ve been there in every other month. I do not mind the long drive because I know I would be rewarded good food.

The H Mart in Hartsdale is a unique supermarket chain with a fabulous produce and fruit selection. If you are looking for Japanese yams or almost any variety of potatoes, they have it! If you’ve been frustrated by the limited selection of mushrooms at other supermarkets, they have an exceptional array of shiitake, Bella and other hard to find mushrooms. They have one of the largest and most extensive fish department and if you are looking for tofu or miso they have many varieties to choose from. The only problem you’ll have is maneuvering through their aisles on a weekend when their store is packed with customers. My advice is bring your own shopping bags so you can move with more ease as you traverse the narrow aisles. Try to go during a weekday and if you have to shop on the weekend, go early in the morning! And if you are interested in buying rice in bulk, they have every imaginable brand and huge bags at the front of their cash registers.

I wish we had an HMart just like this one in Ossining.

Their prices are fair and they have very good organic and exotic oriental produce as well. They also offer outstanding ready to eat food.

...and they have a superb fish market presenting wild caught seafood and quality meats.

I’m a regular customer and this is my quick place to go to when I need fresh veggies, seafood and meat. I always buy ginger. This store is the reason why the other nearby market close down their business 🤣 nothing can beat Hmart in central ave. (Knocks on wood)...Tous Le Jours bubble tea are awesome and their pastries are always fresh and delightfully yummy🤤 😋 . They go on sale after 8pm but sometimes it’s annoying when the person in charge changes the deal a second after you purchase something. For example 3 for $5 pastries you paid off changes to 4 for $5 after you already bought and you cannot refund ha. Or add . It’s okay though lol I just want another red bean pastry for free.

This is a great location-there is Korean and Japanese food primarily- I found Udon noodles 🍜 and Kimchi the two things I was wanting to try. There is a cafe and small food court inside-it reminded me of the markets you see on the travel shows about Korea or Japan when they film at the street markets in those countries. It's a great vibe and very busy. You can find meats and fresh seafood. A micro travel food experience within Harstdale at this great Hmart location. Go there and taste/eat something new!!🍣🍤🍙🍜🍱

This is truly an amazing store! I saw another H Mart on a Mike Chen channel and my wife just "needed" to check it out.

We live about an hour away and it is well worth the drive. They have so much variety. I have to say that if you can't find something interesting it probably doesn't exist.

Yes, that's quite an exaggeration, but believe me, their inventory is extensive and exhaustive.

Go to the food court, have something to eat, then browse the aisles. You will not be disappointed.

Great store. A little crowded and hectic at times, but I am so glad it's close by and gives such a selection of East Asian goods.

Fresh produce, impeccably stocked. Better than ShopRite...

A staple of mine every time I'm in the area. The staff is so nice and they have a wide selection of products to choose from. I've found a few of my favorite snacks here that I cant find anywhere else. Not to mention it is a great place to grab a bite before shopping. The pork ramen is a favorite of mine! Warm and delicious with super tender pork. The broth alone is so rich and full of flavor.

Always a treat to go through an Hmart. Usually I end up just getting sweets but it is still good.

Many Asian dry and fresh ingredients. Various soy sauces, fish sauces, oils, dry and fresh mushrooms, oyster sauces, seaweeds, fresh and dried fish, pre-sliced beef for Korean BBQ (low - high priced.) Numerous types of noodles. Extensive frozen section of dumplings, pork/beef/chicken buns, meat/vegetarian shumi, tofu types, Asian desserts, and various ingredients and meats. There is a food court in the store that serves Korean and Chinese food. (I may have missed a cuisine.) There is also a pastry and bubble tea store in this HMart. Very large fresh produce section, offering a large variety of fruits, vegetables, roots, and fungi. Pre-made/grab-and-go section for sushi and different cooked Japanese meals. There is an isle for rice cookers, woks, electric BBQ grills, and cooking utensils. It is a large and well stocked store that includes many American food products also.
I have been going to this HMart for over 10 years. I can usually find everything I need to cook a meal from Korea, Japan, China, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand. Great store with very minor wait on line to check out.

One of the best grocery stores in Westchester. Meat prices suck, but the veggies and fish are fantastic.

Full grocery store with excellent selection of Korean, Chinese and Japanese products. The cafeteria is good with a small dining area and the attached Tous Les Jour bakery makes very good cakes.

Another awesome H Mart! This one seems to be bigger than the one located in Yonkers, NY. Seems to be a little cleaner as well. I would definitely visit if you are in the mood for some Korean variety food court. Also, their grocery Asian products and produce selection is pretty massive. Last, they do offer a good selection of LIVE seafood as well. 5-stars!
