Alpine Cemetery

My parents chose this as their final resting spot. The cemetery is well kept. Rose was a godsend to work with over the last few months from arranging the service, which included Taps by the Navy, through the headstone: recommending vendors and ensuring it was installed before I left NJ - truly a blessing. Each step, Rose greeted us & handled things with a warm smile and friendly support. Truly, she helped make an emotional & difficult time less stressful, which was a blessing.

I’m a lifelong resident and also work in the city of Perth Amboy. Therefore going to the beautiful landscaped Alpine Cemetery in a time of need was a no brainer and our first choice. We went to Alpine Cemetery for pre planning of one of our loved one’s arrangements. An associate named Rose was a phenomenal help. She answered all of our many questions on three separate occasions before we finalized the paperwork. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable about the pre planning process and the thereafter. She really made us feel at ease about an uncomfortable but necessary conversation. She did such a wonderful job with and for us that I’m returning soon to pre plan mine with Alpine Cemetery, to take some of the unexpected stress off of my loved ones. I give this facility and Rose 5 stars and will definitely recommend them to whomever is in need. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

For the Employees of Alpine Cemetery.The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They always greet visitors with a smile and help whenever they can. I know my loved one is in good hands.

P.S. I wish they had bathrooms for visitors when the staff is not around. Its always a hassle trying to find the bathroom. I heard they maybe have a bathroom in the back somewhere when staff isn't around but there are no signs around. I live in NYC so its a bit of a trip.

The grounds supervisor Robert went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a very pleasant experience. I was overwhelmed with the high level of respect and care he extended to us, well beyond what was required. We are forever grateful and at ease knowing our loved ones resting places are being exceptionally cared for and treated with respect.

Amazing neighbors, great neighborhood, crime is nonexistent almost dead. I’d dare say best place to live in Perthamboy.

Beware any and all decorations placed on grave will be disrespectfully removed by cemetery maintenance and whatever outside company they hire to maintain cemetery. Think twice before purchasing a gravesite in this area. All the decorations Including vases I filled with faux flowers that were partially buried in ground were deliberately removed. BEWARE!

Its embarrassing. They take advantage of your most vulnerable moment, leaving you blind slighted by their inside language. They double charged me for services, luckily we caught it and had to address it up the chain of command because the assistant wasn't willing to address it. The grass never grew in for over 2 years. Tombstones are knocked over, sinking, puddle of water over my dad/moms grave. Its sad. I will gladly provide proof. They did reimburse some of the money but with the way they play with words, I know they still overcharged. Only went here to
facilitate my mom. No cheaper then others around,definitely not nicer, and make sure you don't buy the first thing they offer in the front. $$$$

Alpine cemetery is ridiculous they take your loves ones and move them where every they please. They break things that have been given to our loved ones & when you call to complain they nonchalantly dismiss the issue as though you didn't pay for your loved one to be there. This is ridiculous on so many levels.

This lady at the office Rose Urbina is not professional at all. This lady doesn't know me and was getting involved in my personal life. I confronted her and she still kept on. she should be fired!! I was searching her up and she has other bad reviews .
