Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our server was great. We had a great lunch time celebrating with our family.

I've always loved the food at the Olive Garden. This was our first time here, and the place is beautiful as always. For some reason, I felt rushed. The waiter was nice, but I felt there was that nicer way they greeted you way back before Covid. To start off, I ordered a drink, and it was delicious. I think it was a new drink on the menu. My glass was kind of sticky and wet once it landed on the table. We then proceeded to order salad, soup, and the delicious bread sticks. I was so looking forward to the breadsticks with my salad, and unfortunately, the breadsticks were not fresh. I bit one, and they felt stale or maybe reheated. Well, I wasn't pleased and didn't eat the bread. Our salad 🥗 did not get the cheese grated on top, but thank God the salad was delicious. Our food came on time and hot. No complaints about our food. We also had dessert these kinds of beignets and those were so good with 2 different kinds of sauces. We did not eat all the food, so in the end we just decided to take our food home and enjoy it watching a movie. I will definitely go back to try this restaurant again. I know that the staff and kitchen crew work extremely hard to get everyone's orders ready in such a big place. It's definitely not an easy job. So for that Kudos to the staff.

Visiting from Canada for my dad’s 88th birthday. Undecided which restau to treat him but ended at Olive Garden ! Did not disappoint us! So many food options to choose from. Unlimited salad and breadsticks were served fresh and hot from the oven, very tasty! We ordered calamari for appetizer and was very tasty with2 dipping sauces. Yum! Shoutout to Alonzo , our server who was very attentive, pleasant and friendly. Excellent service ! And to cap off, Dad enjoyed his birthday cake, strawberry shortcake with a group singing HB to our table. Food came in big portions, we ended taking leftovers home. Overall, excellent dining experience . Definitely will return and highly recommended this restau !!

Loved the food!! Awesome service and in apt time!! Very satisfied with the quality and quantity!! Very child (in our case baby) friendly. Can get really crowded so plan accordingly..

Overall amazing service
Our waiter Virginia was very kind and patient with us. My boyfriend has a shrimp allergy and it was taken very serious. Phillip was very kind to inform us about the chicken being fried in the same oil as the shrimp.Overall very friendly and hospitable team. Would recommend to others!

Great food, great service. Our waitress Virginia was amazing. I asked her for more bread and she gave us 3 baskets. Food quantity has went down a bit but their salads are still good quantity. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and quantity, for it was a bit disappointing. Over all food was tasting good. Alfredo did needed a little more flavor.

We went there yesterday, on a packed Saturday night, and the service was great! The wait time was 25 minutes for a party of four, which wasn't that bad at peak time (7pm). Our server was great though. He got out all of our orders within the first 30 minutes despite it being a full house, and the food was great! Also, he took credit for his mistake for mixing up my order, and got the correct food out promptly. Everything tasted amazing and I would definitely come back to this location!

This location is AMAZING! I’m not sure if there’s a new GM (it’s been about a yr since I was last inside…I like the curbside pickup option) but every single member of the team we encountered (5 people) seemed genuinely eager to make sure we were okay. I’m big on customer service and the team exceeded my expectations. My experiences prior were never bad, however this visit stood out greatly.

Olive garden is one of my favorite chain restaurants in the US. They are all very nicely decorated. Food quality and flavor is consistent. Service is always friendly. It is not cheap, but I have always been thoroughly satisfied with the experience I get for my money. I highly recommend with pasta with seafood options.

This place never ceases to amaze, always has high quality food with a pretty reasonable price, the service is beyond my expectations, they called is just to find out what sauce we wanted which was really appreciated. The food was amazing and there was plenty to go around and overall just a fantastic experience.

Food varies when you go. At times food is good & other times, eh! But their salad is always enjoyable. I understand hiring & finding employees is difficult lately, but the service was minimal to say the least. Very understaffed.

Overall awesome food and great experience I had with my family. The portions are big and their bread sticks are awesome. The pasta I ordered comes with Salad or soup, both of them were really good. Awesome place, a must try for Italian food ...

Met up with friends, we had a great time. Everyone enjoyed their food. I ended up bringing the remainder of my food home. The berry sangria was amazing. Our waitress was pretty good until it was time to pay. I initially told her my bill would be separate before placing any order. When it was time to pay, she grabbed the machine off the table and tapped some things on the screen, and said, "Oh, for some reason, it came up 20% gratuity." She then quickly flashed the screen and reached for my card I was holding in my hand. I asked to see the screen and nicely adjusted it to 14% and paid my bill. If it were more than 5 of us at the table, I would give her the 20%, but there wasn't.

One of my favorite Olive Garden locations. The staff is always prompt and professional. This location is very spacious so it never really gets crowded. The food is always delicious. The spicy shrimp scampi is heavenly and their famous breadsticks are always buttery soft.

The Food was amazing & the service was the Bestest…Ambience was lovely…The way the food was served was creative and neat…The lady who served was a wonderful person….Thanks for the excellent service…Looking forward to visiting again

Best breadsticks ever! So soft and freshly backed! Customized the order to add extra veggies on top of my pasta and baked ziti and that was the best decision! Tasted delicious 😋 They charged a lot for each vegetable (e.g. $4 for mashrooms) so keep that in mind.

So this is my second visit at this Olive Garden on centennial ave in Piscataway and I have yet to be disappointed..
I find it ironic that they are literally next-door sharing the same parking lot and everything with TGI Fridays and yet, the drastic differences in the food and customer service are astounding. I ordered a chicken Alfredo, chicken gnocchi soup and a shrimp and chicken tortellini which would pit a lot of other establishments to shame. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced for the high quality and portions we received. I find it amazing despite having a packed house that the staff was able to navigate car side service, seating dine in patrons , and also servicing those of us that were paying for 2 go orders , all without allowing there entrance be to congested with foot traffic and waiting patrons….. the Customer service I received here gave me confidence that I did not have to double check my order before leaving. Even with the consistent flow of diners; Olive Garden’s car side service also moved very quickly and smoothly. I waited maybe 15 minutes for my Order and in that time I had four vehicles come and go in the parking space beside me , that were receiving there food which kept the flow of traffic into the lot nowhere near crowded for the amount of customers they had. I am still amazed and will definitely be back.
