Their food is freshly cooked to order! The pierogies are great along with the cheesesteaks! Have to get a rootbeer or creamsoda float everytime! Actually tried the orange Creamsicle float and it was amazing also! My boyfriend loves the knockwurst and bratwurst from there which is not fou d around d this area often! They have something for everyone in the family! Plus they use Welsh Farms icecream which is the best! Definitely recommended!

Burgers were good, great prices and a decent amount of outdoor seating. Busy but everyone was quick to order, eat, and make room for the next group that needed a table so no one seemed to be waiting around long. The pup enjoyed it and would come back.

Great place to come eat with your family! The atmosphere is awesome and kind of gives you that boardwalk feel. I love getting ice cream and then walking across the street to walk along the rockaway river. The cheesesteaks are amazing and there is definitely something for everyone with the menu being so big. I always get a coke float with soft chocolate ice cream…but most go for the Stewart’s rootbeer float and soft vanilla. The ice cream is all welsh farms and they have so many hard flavors to choose from along with soft mint and dole whip. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ok I saw this when I was fishing g across the street. I knew I had to stop by to get some food. We stopped by cause they sell a veggie burger. My daughter ordered the veggie burger wife ordered cheese steak I ordered bacon cheeseburger. Fries, onion rings and onion rings ordered.

My burger was very tasty I had no complaints. Onion rings are minced onions and that's ok cause they were crunchy. My wife's cheese steak looked delicious I got envious :) my daughter's veggie burger and fries looked very appertizing.

Will we return to explore more of the menu? Why yes we will.

Amazing food, great prices and quick service. Outdoor seating was plenty and comfortable. Cant wait to go back and try the ice cream.

I'm kicking myself for having worked in denville for nearly 7 years and never stopping in. Food is super affordable and hits the spot. Also big plus for having crinkle fries which are legit

We love Denville Dog. Awesome hot dogs and ice cream. Great prices and nice staff. Don't underestimate the crab cakes, they're really good.

Great food for a great price! So far, my family and I have eaten here twice. Both times, I enjoyed my cheeseburger and cheese fries. The dole whip was refreshing. We look forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu.

Great food and probably the only place I know where you can get Stewart's root beer on tap (along with almost every Stewart's flavor in 4 packs)

As of July 2023, they don't have indoor seating. So if it's raining, your best option is takeout

Yay! It’s Spring and they’re open! The BEST grilled burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and sides in this area! You literally feel like you’re at the Boardwalk! Let’s also include their ice cream and bottled Stewart’s Root Beer and Cream Sodas. The service is always fantastic, the food is perfectly on point, the prices are totally great and overall atmosphere eating outside on a nice day is a 5 star experience! Bring your friends and family.

Expect a bit of a wait for your food as this place is a local favorite and almost always busy. Plus side is anything you get here is worth the wait. The food is hot, freshly made when you place your order and always tasty. For a quick trip back in time to your childhood, grab a dog or cheesesteak here and relish the nostalgic flavors!

Very nice roadside stop for hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream. We had very tasty cheesesteak sandwiches here!

Food is great, well prepped and not dry, most grill places you can say at time serve food that you know been frozen for awhile, or over cooked and dry. It's worth the drive for me when coming down from Pa to passing through Danville to visit the stomping grounds in Bergen county.

We went on a busy Friday night. Around dinner time. Even though waited in line for a little while. Once they took the order it came out very fast. Food was great.

Great little place to stop for lunch! All the usual fast food plus pierogies and Stewart's sodas - plus great ice cream... all at a reasonable price. We enjoyed lunch so much we came back later in the day for dessert. Will definitely plan on going again!

Had an outdoor dinner date with Tycho. Hamburger was fabulous- he loved it!

Very tasty hotdogs. Also absolutely wonderful Dole Whip. If you haven't had a Dole Whip before you need to buy one ASAP (I added whipped cream and sprinkles to my dole whip and it was amazing
Decent prices, quality food. Fast service..

We had a great time at Denville Dog & Grill. The food was good & hot. The staff was friendly & kept the establishment nice & clean & well running. It truly felt like a blast from the past. All that was missing was some hot rods. Great place!
