Farmer Boy Restaurant

I really really like this place for their breakfast and it was most delicious breakfast I've had out of most restaurants. But I will say you don't see a lot of the younger crowd there if they're not workers which is fine. They are very open to certain meals being altered for dietary needs which is a plus.

Food was good once it showed up. They were busy and we were hungry so maybe we were a bit more critical. I will say it was worth the wait.. I had the pork chops and mashed potatoes..

Good food, fast and friendly service, good food portions. I really like this place a lot! You guys have to try it

We celebrated a 95th birthday party, our waitress did a wonderful job with all 19 of us, food was fresh, served fast and friendly

Some of the best country fried steak I've ever had. It's served with brown gravy, hashbrowns,two eggs and a side of toast. The food comes out piping hot. The service is exceptionally good and fast. Wonderful atmosphere and the food is a 10/10 regarding portion sizes and flavor.

Went with a group but was pretty tight seating. It was a tally uncomfortable. . One more 4 top would have made a difference. The food was very good and the waitress was excellent....sure don't know how she got all those orders correct....she was amazing!!!

Came to Farmer Boy for lunch like I do most days, this time I asked the waitress what the best meal was on the menu; and she recommended to try out the Reuben sandwich!

It took me about 3 1/2 minutes to Wolf down the whole thing! & she was right it is the best item on the menu, I’ll probably be ordering that more often, but I also recommend you try the omelettes as well, I usually get them with the potatoes & pancakes; give it a try next time you are here!

This was our first visit here, and were very happy with the large menu select. Both the food and service was great and plan to stop again when in the area.

My husband, mother, sister, nephew and I went to have a lunch together and the food was AMAZING! I had the fish and chips and my husband had the beef tips and noodles. We both had enough leftovers to make another meal. The waitress was very friendly and they have AMAZING baked goods!! My coconut cream pie was excellent and my husband loved the carrot cake. We will DEFINITELY go back again!

Had the fish sandwich with home made soup. It was delicious. There were 2 Xtra large crispy pieces of fish on hoagy style bun. Will definitely have again.

Dropped ceiling so conversation is easy. Plenty of space. Food is great. Apple juice seems watered down but other than that...no complaints.

What a great surprise that we happened upon the best diner/breakfast place we've had in a long time! I ordered steak and eggs. The steak tasted great, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the hash browns... I have never had hash browns this good in my life! I strongly encourage anyone visiting the area to give Farmer Boy a try.

My patty melt couldn’t have been better.and the bacon was great.

While in Akron, OH and you are getting hungry and interested in a good home cooked meal, I recommend Farmer Boy restaurants in the area. I’ve have several types of meals throughout the years there, and I was never dissatisfied. Great good, great personable service, and a very clean homey atmosphere.

One of my favorite dishes there is the meatloaf platter with mash potatoes, green beans, salad, and roll. The other favorite is a BLT with cheddar cheese and extra bacon. If you are still hungry, then there’s a nice selection of pastries, cakes, and pies right as you walk in to choose from. Enjoy!!

I always enjoy dropping by here for a good meal and good company. Actually, any farmer boy restaurant i've visited has been great.

Had a fantastic lunch today .. seeing how this was our 1st time here, we had several questions, and our server Jackie was extremely helpful .. Johnnie got the burger and I got the patty melt .. our meat was cooked as ordered .. they use fresh ground beef and burger patties are made in house, not prepackaged frozen meat .. they cook their own brisket for corned beef, I'm definitely looking forward to trying .. this might of been our 1st time here, but definitely won't be our last ..

Very nice waitress that was on top of everything, the food was very good and we were served pretty quick.
