The ambience in the spa is so comfy. I loved their waiting room which was like an art exhibit. Their retail section has unique items to purchase. The massage was lovely. I wasn't rushed but didn't like that there was no toilet in the shower room. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Staff is friendly and attentive. The inside has dim lights and is nicely decorated. They offer alkaline water, delicious teas, and snacks for free. I didn't feel rushed at all, Jenn did a whole body massage, and I loved it. I totally recommend this place!

The staff at Urban Muse is the GOAT (greatest of all time)!! They really went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best care I could get. I can’t wait to go back!

Had such a good experience — how could you not? The aesthetic and ambiance is IMMACULATE! My massage with Somma was excellent, she was so kind and made sure I was comfortable and happy during my service. The ladies at the front desk are also so sweet and helpful! Definitely will be back.

I received a surrender massage from Giselle and my first ever facial from Erin. The entire experience was amazing. Giselle gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She got knots out of my back that no one has ever been able to get out. I truly haven’t been that relaxed in years. Huge “thank you!” to both Erin and Giselle. I can’t wait to come back.

I had a wonderful massage at Urban Muse with Onkar. She was very knowledgeable about massage and the body. She made small conversation with me, which was pleasant, but also gave me some time to myself to enjoy the silence and relax. I used the relaxation room after my massage which was simply tranquil. They have delicious teas and some little snacks to enjoy. Their retail shop is also very nice, filled with crystals and other fun little gifts. I will most certainly be back! I have been a customer here since we moved to the area 5 years ago. The staff is always kind and professional. Have always had an amazing experience. However, what says the most about a business to me is how they respond when things don’t go according to plan. Today, the website glitched and didn’t schedule the reservation that I had booked. I didn’t get the usual confirmation email/text, which was an oversight on my part due to new mom sleep deprivation. I had booked a facial as a treat since my travel plans fell through last minute & I didn’t get the break I was hoping for. I had arranged for childcare and rushed down to Urban Muse only to feel crestfallen when I found out the website never actually took my reservation. The staff was soooooo unbelievably kind. They booked me for the following day and offered me a sauna on the house. I literally cried tears of joy. Never has a staff been so kind and accommodating, and right when I needed it most. Patronize this establishment!! It is so rare to have a business that takes its customer service to heart the way that they do. You won’t regret it!

My favorite spot to pamper myself!!! They have some amazing massage and facial services. I love their Lounge, which is so peaceful and they fresh hot tea to rejuvenate. Their staff serve with such good and gentle care, for facial or massage. I have been to couple of facials and Swedish massages, was never disappointed. But call ahead to schedule and arrive early to relax in the lounge!!

First time here. The massage was great (though for deep tissue, it could have been deeper, but still VERY Nice). The ladies in the shop were great too. Super friendly and apparently quite knowledgeable when I was asking about stones! Will definitely be back.

Had a double facial and massage service. The accommodations are pretty nice even though there's no showering option to complete the cleanse experience. This review of absolute excellence all goes to the massage person Heather. She was above and beyond any expectation I could have dreamed of . It's incredible that such a young woman had so much wisdom and depth within her hands and touch. I was nervous because I was experiencing pains in various parts of my body and was afraid to be handled in those places where I experienced pain, but she was absolutely wonderful. Not only checking in with the how much pressure to apply, but truly applying such an intelligent, warm and releasing pressure. It was an absolutely spiritual journey, the massage felt therapeutic and even healing in the state that I was in. I came in a broken tired person and left rejuvenated and renewed..so grateful!

I have been here a few times now and every time has been better than the last! My most recent experience was with the ultimate destress package and it was phenomenal. Everyone is so caring and kind and makes you feel very relaxed. They gifted me with a local treat which so sweet and unexpected! I love coming here to relax and reset.

I went to Urban Muse last month for a birthday massage on my birthday. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly with a smile. I love the store but I had never had a spa service there before. I was checked in quickly and offered a refreshment as I waited. Michele couldn't have been nicer and gave me the perfect massage. I felt like a million bucks when she was done. But the icing on the literal birthday cake was when I opened the door to leave the massage room and Michele was standing there with a red velvet cupcake (from Sweet Expressions) and a card to wish me a happy birthday. I was so surprised and not at all expecting that. Then, when I got to my car I opened the card to find that it was signed, individually by each staff person. Class act. Absolutely stellar customer service. So impressive, thoughtful and kind. I can't wait to go back.

This place is amazing! My friend's boyfriend wanted to send her for a girl's spa day and needed a friend to surprise her with so I only went cause asked. I usually do not like to be massaged and seek out this type of service. However, once there I forgot all of my fears. Everyone is nice , informative, and patient with a weird customer who doesn't like to be touched. Joe, my massage therapist was very understanding and explained everything before he did it. He made sure I liked every detail before he continued. He found and worked out every knot. The sauna is beautiful and clean. The salt room is the same. Very pretty, clean and such a great experience. I am so happy with my experience that I just bought gift cards for my husband and Dad to go and get the triology package as well. My friend and I stayed together for everything except the massage so it was a great girl's day. Such an amazing gift to give someone. I ran out from the dressing room afterwards because I had to move my car. When I came back, my friend had handled everything so I didn't get to thank everyone again for such a great experience.

I have been coming to Urban Muse for years. I have received massages for relaxation or because of pain and they have all been incredible. The atmosphere is so calming, healing, beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. And their store has nice gifts, beautiful crystals and jewelry. Always a great experience.

Covid protocols have also been great, nice to have had somewhere that feels clean and safe through al of this.

Every element was a wonderful experience. From the magical storefront, to the message, the music, smells and tea. Pure relaxation.
