Dr Miccio is a great Dr. He always takes time to listen and is very intuitive.

The most caring staff the best doctor in the world in my opinion I have been with family healthcare as a patient for well over 25 years Dr Mitchell takes the time to look into my life and see what else is wrong if you open up to him he will help you best doctor in the world I know he's made house calls and no doctor does that but he did highest rating ever. Can't say enough about him and his staff

My husband went to Dr Miccio the other day. We have been looking for a new family doctor/GP. Had read reviews that people comment of the length of time it takes to be seen once in the office. My husband found that it is just because the doctor is so thorough. He really took the time to discuss all of the questions my husband had which is why the next patient may have to wait a little but honestly I would rather have a doc who cares and isn’t rushing me out in order to fit the next person in just for $$. I will be scheduling my appt next!

I’ve had several emergency visits where they have always been there for me. They have been my routine care physicians for the past almost five years. Every telephone call & office experience has been totally positive whether it be with office team, nursing staff or Drs. Miccio or Friedman.
I wish to take this opportunity to express my appreciation & thankfulness for the caring and knowledgeable medical office they are.

I love this place every doctor here is wonderful, the nursing staff is is great they always make sure your feeling comfortable, and the front desk staff is amazing they always squeeze me in for an appointment on last minutes notice and my prescriptions are always ready on time.

This place is AWESOME!! We don't live in a perfect world, but if you have the patience, these doctors/staff will 100% take care of you. Worth every penny in gold!!

So far, so good. Staff very responsive to overlapping issues. Make appt in morning, Dr. talks and talks. This is good. Bad for patients on opposite end of the day. Not perfect, but who is? Piss/Blood lab next door, very convenient.

I’d suggest that patients be alerted when the appointments are running late. Otherwise, the doctor is very good.

You'll be waiting 1-3 hours after your scheduled appointment to see this doctor. Other than that, he's a nice guy.

They called ME to come in for a follow up. I asked to be the first patient after lunch so I didn't have to wait forever. No go. Waited so long in the treatment room for the doctor to come in I left. Go somewhere else, should not be hard to find something better than this awful place.

This place has the rudest staff that I've ever dealt with. Calling for a refill prescription, that the doctor said to call in for, and the woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She waited up until the very last minute of a 30 day prescription, claiming she would call it in at the end of the day. She knows that you can call in any prescription including narcotics within 72hrs prior to the end of the prescription. The reason for that is so you dont run into the problem of having your prescription not called in and you dont have to skip doses. She treats people as if the patients needs dont come first. She may not like her job but she should keep that to herself and work on a better bedside manner. If you can bypass the front desk and get straight to the doctor that would be great. Unfortunately you have to go through the gate keeper.

BE CAREFUL of this place!!!!! I NEED A MANAGER TO SOLVE THIS or I will file this complaint in the Better Business Bureau. I was looking for a primary care physician and called the Advocare medical practice on route 206 to make an appointment for a just a regular physical exam that is 100% covered by my insurance. My wife and I went in to do the exam, they made us fill an application and sat with a doctor for 2 minutes asking us "Are you healthy" and that's it. He sent us to do blood work and said "your next visit will be the physical exam". Then we were surprised getting a bill for this visit. We called Advocare they said this is our policy in a very rude way. "You have to make an office visit first which will not be considered as "preventive care" to "establish" yourself as a "New Patient"".
My point is that we were never notified by this policy before getting the bill. And when we try to fight it they say we informed you over the phone when you called. This DID NOT happen. There was nothing to say that this is not part of the physical (no documents, no signs in the office, no paper work or e-mail) NOTHING. I am still trying to fight this bill because there was no medical purpose for this first "New patient visit". And obviously on your review I can see the same exact complaint from many other patients.
