Excellent service front desk to Dr very accommodating and listens to your issues and don't judge you rt away like I've experienced every time Ive went to Hudson headwaters power trip and condescending attitude only the Ticonderoga based health center went yo Hudson headwaters in Glenside falls for 7 years and same service and respect as Westport health center can't be more respectful than the entire staff Excellent service is facts ty

The Westport Health Center has been my Health Center for the past decade and I have ALWAYS had an excellent experience there with the staff! My primary Physician is Dr. Caputo who thoroughly listens to my input prior to making a diagnosis. He is usually spot on whether it be the proper treatment or recommendation for a neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon. Julie Anderson, P.A. has also been great to work with when I have seen her, as have the nurses and receptionists! I highly recommend this team who truly cares and provides quality support for your health!

Excellent, caring staff, short wait times, can always get an appointment within a day or two. I am glad I switched from a Plattsburgh provider where I had to wait several days or even over a week for an acute problem. I'm an RN and I know good doctors and bad doctors. Dr Caputo is a good one.

Dr. Caputo is amazing. Takes his time and explains everything . And Lori Cowin is a awesome nurse. She answers any questions, anytime. I leave feeling completely confident that I’m getting the best treatment. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my decision to continue my health care at Westport Health Center where I primarily see Julie Anderson rPA. Obviously the convenience can't be beat being a westport resident. I was previously seeing an MD in plattsburgh who I liked but it is annoying to have to drive there..especially when I had to return to work in plattsburgh that night. Julie is very knowledgeable and friendly and listens to my opinions and concerns and my reasoning. I really can't stand it when a health care professional ignores the fact that I have 20+ years experience as RN and talk at me rather than with me. Of course...can't beat the reception with the very friendly Jennifer and Heather. Bev always calls me with an issues and reminds me when it's time for an appointment. I believe Lori thinks I'm pretty nuts but hides it well and is always very helpful. I would certainly recommend WHC as a good choice for primary care.
