This place is absolutely great! The whole team is super friendly and very welcoming. It was our first time here and my kids were a bit nervous and scared, but the dental assistants were fantastic and made them feel safe. Dr. Matt was fantastic with my kids. I would definitely recommend this place!

We've been taking our kids here since my daughter was born. Initially, my lactation consultant told us she was tongue-tied, so we wanted a professional opinion from someone who specializes in that area and would be the ones to perform the corrective procedure, if necessary. Thankfully, intervention wasn't necessary, but from that visit, we found out that this practice provides FREE visits/cleanings/check-ups on kids NB-2 years old. They'll do it for free every 6 mos within those age ranges, so we were onboard! It helps get the kids acclimated to a dentist's office, sitting in the chair and being examined, but also lets us know how their teeth are looking, are they coming in okay, etc. My daughter is 2.5 and just had her 3rd visit, and my son is 15 mos and just had his 2nd visit. Dr. Matt is so great with the kids! Very thorough and knowledgeable, but also very nice, caring, positive, upbeat, and understanding of baby/toddler behavior (which of course isn't the best at a dentist visit). He makes you (as a parent) feel like it's okay (which it is totally normal) for your kid to cry, or try to climb out of the chair, etc. instead of other offices which might make you feel embarrassed. Dr. Matt is very gentle and encouraging to the kids, making them feel comfortable. Then they get cute little goodie bags at the end of their visit, with little toys, stickers, floss picks, and of course tooth brushes. On my daughter's first visit about 2 years ago, she even got a cute little cape that said something like "dental warrior" on the back (I forget what exactly it said), but she loved it and I thought it was really cute and different, but also super appropriate! The office is decorated in a fun manner with toys, bright colors and a nice big fish tank in the waiting room. The exam rooms are nice and big, so as to easily accommodate multiple people in the room and allow parents (and possibly siblings) to comfortably stay in the room with their little ones (for a baby, you'd sit in the chair with them on your lap). We scheduled our two kids to go at the same time, and it was comfortable enough to have both kids, myself and my husband all in the room. The room even had two chairs, in the case both kids needed to be in chairs at the same time (I guess when they get older, or if someone needed something more than a cleaning done, etc.). I definitely recommend this practice and we'll definitely be continuing to take our kids there!

Dr. Matt is a caring, compassionate doctor. He maintains professionalism while being down to earth, and listens to all concerns. My daughter talked about him all day following her cleaning. So lucky to have found a great dentist.

My experience at Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The facility is fantastic, and my son particularly enjoyed the games available. Despite my son needing a lot of dental work, everything was handled with professionalism and expertise. Dr. Matthew Mannella was especially sweet and caring, and my son absolutely loves him. I couldn't be happier with the level of care we received.

Highly recommend this office! My 13 year old son had his first cavity and they made the experience as great as possible. He had a cleaning, cavity repair and molar sealants all in less than 1 hour. I was very impressed with the appointment, the dentist and the assistant!!

I brought my son here and was very pleased with their office. They were able to fit me in the day I called for an appointment. The staff was friendly and warm. The office is clean and very kid friendly. The doctor and hygienist made my son so comfortable and made it clear to me that they want the children to enjoy coming to the dentist. I am so happy to have found this office and will continue coming here for all of my children’s dental needs.

My son is graduating to an adult dentist. Our children have been patients here for 16 years. We cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Matt, April, and the whole staff at the office. Everyone is so diligent and caring and they all take an active interest in your family. I will miss bringing my son in for check ups.

Believe the reviews! Absolutely amazing experience.. i brought my twin boys here today for the 1st time, after we had to drop our previous dental office because they no longer accept my insurance.. i expected the boys to be timid and afraid, but the staff made them feel so comfortable and at ease.. they also answered and addressed all my questions/ concerns thorougly. the office itself, had a "fun vibe" with a pretty cool fish tank. 5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨

My four week old got treated for her tongue tie here. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Matt was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything and listen to what our struggles with feeding had been. He evaluated her and only treated the area we were having the most difficultly in. He didn’t just cut to cut. The procedure was quick and she is doing wonderfully. I’m excited to see how her healing progresses.

First time here and definitely will be coming back. I never been to a place where everyone is very nice and caring for their patients. My son is on the spectrum and the patience they had was more than 5 stars!

My daughter has special needs (nonverbal, nonmobile) they are all very kind and sweet to her very caring, considerate, and are willing to do whatever to make us both comfortable. The dentist was able to keep her in her own special needs stroller to check her teeth, fluoride and gums. Answered all our questions and concerns. We are very happy to feel so blessed. One less worry for a special needs mother.

This place is awesome! The decor is very kid friendly, there's a arcade, my kids ENJOY going to the dentist. In addition to that, the staff and providers are amazing. They have gone above and beyond for my kids. I have a son who has some medical problems and they have coordinated care with his pediatrician so well. They always seem to pull off whatever clearances he needs. In a medical or dental setting, there are always issues that come up with clearance, insurance approvals, etc but they always figure it out! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Considering my daughter is hyper active this dentistry takes their time and are super patient with her and that alone means a lot to me. Thank you Dr. Matt! And all the hygienist for making my baby girl comfortable every time she comes.

Great place. Dr. Negar and the hygienist, Omar, are the best. They both saw my special needs son today and for the first time the visit to the dentist was not a stressful experience. We had been to other places before and at every place my son simply would not let the dentist do anything to his mouth. Omar was amazing and made my son feel relaxed from the get go. To my surprise, my son cooperated fully with Omar. Then Dr. Negar came in and just like Omar, she was very gentle and careful. I could see my son was not feeling anxious at all. We were also impressed by their knowledge. They both answered our questions in detail. We will definitely be seeing them again for our follow up visit.

Amazing experience from check in to check out. My daughter had a tongue and lip tie revision. Dr Matt was very informative and explained all that was going on with my two week old before we ultimately decided to go forward with the procedure. he was so kind and gentle with our new born and I could feel the change immediately in her latch. The front desk staff was super welcoming and the offic is 250% geared and decorated for kids.
