Steve was fantastic. I had made a mistake on shipping a package. He went above and beyond calling the local hub and trying to track down the driver for my route. He was patient and understanding.

So many great reviews and I totally agree, this is the best UPS Store in the area! I actually live closer to the Rockaway location at 179 Rt 46 but they are the absolute worst to deal with. I had a great experience at this location even when there was a minor issue with an Amazon return, Steve went out of his way to ensure I had a great customer experience. He was great and I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location to give them business, you should too!

At the UPS store in Randolph, NJ, I recently met a customer service representative who went above and beyond. Nate helped me get a critical document remotely copied and faxed on a tight deadline. He then noticed that the document I had provided would result in a poor quality transmission, so he took the initiative to enhance it and resend it for me. Because of his professional interest, I was able to meet my deadline, which I would have missed otherwise.

This was my best experience at any location offering customer service. The staff knows you by name and absolutely cater to all of your needs. Shipping and receiving was a breeze at every step. The staff at this store will go above and beyond and make you feel like family. Highly recommend this location for all of your needs.

Went to UPS Store in Randolph for the first time. Steve was the BEST!!!! He was very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. Because of employees like Steve, I will drive the extra few miles to go to Randolph again. Great customer service.

Nate Penn, the store owner was very helpful and professional when I needed to ship an important item for my business out of state. My printer was down, and he was kind enough to print out the shipping label for me at the store after I forwarded him the email. It saved me time from going to Staples or somewhere else to get it printed out.

I had called him the day before after he closed, and he called me back the next morning and left me a voicemail because he saw my number on his caller ID. He inquired if I needed his assistance which I found to be very impressive and professional since I’m a business owner like him.

I highly recommend his business for any of your UPS shipping needs and other services he provides as well.

Special shout out to Frank at the UPS store on Center Grove in Randolph . He goes out of his way to help. Recently he helped me with an Amazon return and went well above just shipping packages. Not the first time

I love going to the Randolph UPS location.
Everyone there is kind, patient, welcoming, helpful and genuinely friendly. I don’t even live in Randolph- but will take an extra 10 minute drive to go to this location only. With gas prices the way they are now- this speaks volumes. It’s like a breathe of fresh air!

The UPS Store in Randolph is top notch! Nate is always extremely helpful. I had a package that was quite large and time sensitive. Nate helped price everything out, boxed and shipped it. He knew I was nervous about it getting there on time and he went out of his way to call me and let me know it had been delivered. I have been back several times for packages and notary services and every time nothing but outstanding service!!! Highly recommend using UPS of Randolph for all of your shipping needs!

The UPS Store in Randolph is excellent! Nate and his staff are ready to help you with a wide variety of shipping, packaging, faxing, etc. needs. The pricing is cost effective and there is a real focus on customer satisfaction. I recommend them highly.

Discovered this store in town for the first time today! Glad I did, Nate was extremely helpful and patient. I had a few package returns and one item on my phone wasn't scanning, he explained the issue to me and helped me through it. It's also in a convenient location right off of Route 10. This will now be my go to UPS store!

I had 2 packages and was thinking of shipping one of them elsewhere, but Nate figured out a way for me to send both of my packages via UPS at a reasonable price.
