Il Torrente's Pizza

We kinda stumbled upon this hidden gem for a family gathering of about 20 people. Pretty much everyone loved their food, except a couple of the younger kids because they were expecting cheap-tasting mac and cheese like you get out of a box. To me it tasted more like fettuccine alfredo... which is also delicious. The bread here is also excellent, and was gobbled up so fast I almost didn't get to snap a photo of it. We definitely plan on a second visit!

Incredible pizza and great price in cozy surrounds! I came to this small-town pizzeria after the farmer's market nearby, because Denville Dog & Ice Cream next door was closed. $3 for a slice with pepperoni AND spinach, I was shocked as you really can't beat that price! The slice itself was fanastic! Also very cute outdoor and indoor seating areas, plenty of flowers and painted walls and Italian decor, and across the street from a cozy grove of trees and what I think may be a river. Anyway, I found it an ideal pizza experience.🙂wishing the best for this business!

One of the owners (Victor) used to have many different Pizzerias in Morris and Sussex County. They were all successful. I have not tasted his famous Penne Vodka sauce in years and today was my lucky day, I found Victor and his staff..great place, great people, great food.

First visit but definitely not the last! Outstanding meals, extremely generous portions (even the salad!) and our waiter was excellent!

Great food, great service. Nice setting for outdoor dining and they were able to accommodate our group well. Can't wait to go back!

Not even close. Hands down best Italian restaurant from the salads to the pizza, absolutely loaded.

I ordered a salad from them and there was 0 lettuce just full of chicken, same with the pizza. Don't want to talk down to other places but this is this spot.

Excellent food and customer service! I highly recommend the Buffalo pizza, Grandma's pie, and all their other pizza too.

Best Pizza in town! Pasta is really good , I really enjoy the Penne Vodka ! The owners are really nice and they treat us like family!

1st visit and was very pleased. Had a Sicilian pie, salad and garlic knots. All were very delicious. Service was fantastic. I look forward to trying their italian dinners on our next trip. Great dinner all around!

The “best”? What is “best”? For me what is the second most important is thing is that the balance of cost to freshness of ingredients is reasonable for the benefit expected. First in importance is consistency in delivery and quality. In both of these regards, Il Torresnte is Exceptional!

Best pizza in downtown Denville. Owners and staff are very friendly and nice. The Italian dishes are also very delicious.

Wonderful place with great food. I've order a couple lunch specials, pizza, soup and wraps all were fresh, delicious and well portioned. The workers are so sweet and accommodating. I love that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Great place !

Absolutely delicious food!! High quality ingredients and best food I Ever had!! The high school guys that work there are the nicest people I've seen in any restaurant. They make the experience of being there so much better! What a great group of guys..they even seen I had a little baby with me and i could not carry my food with the stroller and they help me to my car every time..thank you so much for all the great food and service every time we come!! Best restaurant!!

Only had a Sicilian pie and salad. All the food was delicious and the service was great. Look forward to trying their meals next
