I have been going here for almost 2 years and Terina goes above and BEYOND for her services. This is the first time I went somewhere that I wasn’t burned by the wax nor was I in pain during the wax. She pays attention to detail and keeps it 100 with any questions you ask. Her prices are AMAZING and they match the quality of her results (Definitely recommend getting the pretty kitty). As the OWNER of this business I came to defend it against the lies from ONE person who continues to hide behind fake names.
It’s hilarious these “reviews” from names that are not in my client list, that come literally the same time as I had an issue with a client who showed up 15 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment, became indignant & got up in my face like she wanted to fight me, then left 5 threatening voicemails that I posted on my social media page on Instagram @pamperedtherapy.

She had been to me before, so if I and my business was all of these things, why would she come back.
In reviewing her profile information to block her from ever re-booking, I realized she had booked previously under another name (Alex Bewer) and was blocked from re-bookingfor not following policy, and then booked under a different name months later (Obi Moujeke). So she clearly loves my business services and pricing, but thinks rules do not apply to her. She was not a very frequent clients so obviously with wearing masks I was unable to recognize her.
Now she comes here as Kelly Pitts (from The Game), and Veronica Jay (whoever that is) and tries to bash my business.

Anyone can look at the prices online and compare them to ANY competitor and find mine are probably more affordable, and the quality is probably better.

Disgruntled people will always go straight to reviews to try and bad mouth a business that would not tolerate their disrespect.
Policies have to be abided by or you are not welcome…bottom line.

There are plenty of reviews on my website, yelp and on my social media posts from clients (especially the one of her threatening voicemails where they defended me to her friend who tried to tarnish my business name in ignorant defense of her friend) , that will tell the real story of the quality of service, professionalism, and cleanliness of Impressions, Body Solutions.

I think self care is vitally important, so I get massages often. Terina has givin me the best massage I've ever had. She is SKILLED at what she does. You want to lay on her table, if you haven't you don't know what you are missing.
