HIDDEN GEM. We were a party of 4 and came from 45 minutes away. The place is a bit smaller, but that didn’t take away from the amazing experience we all had. The waiter, who has worked there for over 17 years, was exceptional. He was friendly and funny and we all had an excellent time with him. The food was perfect. Everything we ordered came out perfect. It was all hot and it was all very delicious. I would highly recommend the pancakes. We will for sure be back again and again.

The wait staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and a good price. Very family friendly place.

I admit I wasn't expecting much. The place we wanted to go to apparently burned down (yikes), so we were looking for second options in walking distance.

And Yelp did not lead us wrong.

This cute little hole in the wall gave me the best breakfast I've had out in a while.

The waffle is really good - more of a savory than sweet batter, just right for sharing with something sweet like fruit or syrup (though I dearly wish they used real syrup, which they do not, alas).

Husband's omelette with Taylor Ham was fantastic, perfectly cooked. His fries were tasty and made us think of Wendy's from our youth.

My eggs were actually cooked right - medium with crisp edges.

The bacon I asked for crispy - a dangerous proposition, since most places either ignore that and produce chewy salted leather, or burn the hell of it. Not here. The bacon was crisp and flavorful and delicious.

Seriously. This is great. Friendly staff, good portion size, good price - cash only, so you know, but it's worth it.

We take the train here often, and it's so good to find a decent breakfast place so close.

You won't regret a visit.

I went to visit my bf in New Jersey from CA happen to ask for a good place to eat, was recommended by a taxi and it has been the best I’ve ever had in my life.

Everyone was so friendly. Even the owner came over n we talked for about 20 minutes. It was a great time

I've been a customer for 20+ years and the employees are so kind and friendly. Great prices, portions, and delicious food. My favorite are the blueberry pancakes; they're the BEST IN TOWN! 🥞

I tired the famous Sammy Salad which was delicious. Fresh greens, freshly cooked chicken seasoned perfectly and the homemade dressing delightful. My son had a grilled chicken club wrap it was a nicely portioned and tasty. If you are in the Dover area you should try this place out.

Best lunch spot in Dover, hands down! Friendly staff, owner operated. They really care about the quality of the Food and service here. My go to is the Chicken Salads, Chicken Soup & Wraps!

Delicious breakfast food. No frills kinda place. Get their chicken and rice soup, so good! It does get packed so keep that in mind especially on weekends.

This business is highly recommended however you need cash only. The food is amazing and large portions for a cheap price. What more could you ask for! This a must go to for breakfast in the town of Dover.

I come here for breakfast with my family as often as I can. The friendly staff always provides good service and the food is always on point. On top of it all the prices are hard to beat in the area. Highly recommend.

CASH ONLY! Unexpected little joint in the center of Dover. Perfect prices, portions, clientele and more. Definitely a spot for locals, but as a new comer I felt the same home town vibe.
