Really attentive & friendly customer service. Had burger 🍔 & nuggets, both are delicious. Try their mango 🥭 and strawberry 🍓 lemonade. Clean spot.

$10 lunch special is excellent value for a meal between 11am and 2pm on 23rd Street. This location's food was quick, tasty, and warm.

As tourist, I really liked popeyes. Its way better than KFC - we dont have Popeyes in Czech

Unlike when this spot first opened, there is now a food expo (Asian gentleman I think his name is Raza) who is possibly the fastest expo I've ever seen. Accurate and friendly, too. I used to put in a mobile order, go to the restaurant and wait 10 minutes. Now, I'm in and out. Tasty fresh chicken, great price, fast and friendly service. I'd give you 6 stars if I could.

Quality food, but service is not great. I'm not sure if it's an American thing but no real attention paid to us as a customer. Stood at counter waiting to collect order but was totally ignored.

They mainly serve chicken items, but there is some seafood also on the menu. Popeyes is the same as other popeyes in the New York City. Cooking is same like other popeyes. This store is clean, enough space inside, and it has a restroom open for the customers. Store is busy, but they serve quickly.

Popeyes is a better chicken and shrimp place compare to KFC. Only problem is the cashiers need better training when it comes to getting orders correctly.
