From the very moment I called them needing a free pick up ASAP because I could not deal with CubeSmarts constant rent increases they have been amazing and were able to move me in the same day! Everyone has been nice and helpful ever since but most important trust worthy (no hidden fees)! 10 years later I still leave with a smile on my face after catching up with Devante in the warehouse or speaking with Inari at the front desk. Everyone always greets me when I come in and no matter how stressed I am from work they always make me laugh. They have boxes, tape, bubblewrap and much more that you can buy as well making my job much easier. I will continue to store my business equipment here for many yearss to come😁

I have rented storage spaces for at least the last 20 years always having both good and bad experiences. But at this particular place their customer service was unbelievable. I was able to get a price quote and move in the same day. Simple and quick application process. They even have an automatic payment option so I don't have to worry about those Bill's in the mail. They also had competitive rates with near by storage places.

Hands down the best decision was storing with NYC Storage! The staff was so helpful, they were willing to accommodate my needs, were so kind, and the facility was just what I was looking for to store my valuables. The other facilities around were too expensive and not friendly...glad I came across this facility, would absolutely recommend to family and friends =)

These People are con artist and I was a loyal customer for 7 years and after finding my storage space covered in mold they denied my claim even though I had insurance entire time and water was in space for months.

They allow your space to be covered in mold and have insurance and don't want resolve issue
