One thing about this line of business regarding storage units is that it is very cut throat. No transparency. Too many establishments want your money and raise rates without a legit reason.

Myself and my Girlfriend came in to Storage post this afternoon to purchase a unit for storage. We were helped by Stan. Upon entry, Stan has been absolutely hospitable and professional. Answering questions and telling us what to expecting now and in the future. He also showed us an available storage and allowed us to discuss if we wanted it. The absolute definition on honesty and transparency. He cared about our business and our needs. Also treated our daughter kindly. I can not wait to begin brining all of my items over from a rival company and be closer to home. Amazing price, amazing staff and most importantly, HONESTY. Thank you immensely Stan.

If I could give this place six stars I would. The service is amazing, attentive., helpful and kind. The facility is clean. Theres a bus stop right in front on 10th St making it very convenient.

Martin was a big help. Hes a hard worker and is very well spoken. The locker are affordable and convenient.

This company is so easy to talk with. I was able to rent completely over the phone and filling out all of the required documents was a breeze. This was such an easy process and the woman I talked to over the phone was so sweet and genuine. I would recommend this place to anyone. Super clean, secure, and cheap.

Stan who runs the front desk was always super nice and welcoming. The rest of the stuff is also friendly and always willing to help and show around. Definitely recommend!

Storage Post surpassed my expectations. The rates are very reasonable and it's easy to get in and out while still knowing it's a secure facility. There are covered spaces for parking to load and unload and dollies and wheeled bins to help you move your stuff. I stored my stuff there for 6 months -- Lynda at the front desk was awesome and helped me get set up. Stan the manager is a good guy with a sharp eye. I would definitely rent from them again!

Had a unit in the east village location for over 10 years, since it was Keepers, and have always been greeted by Lynda's welcoming smile and upbeat attitude. Never a problem she can't help me with. Between Lynda and the elevator guys, the service is top notch!

We just had a great experience at the East Village location of Storage Post. We were greeted by Lynda in the front office who was friendly and super helpful. Claudio was professional and courteous as he helped us with the freight elevator and walked us to our unit. The space is exactly what we need and easy to access. I will absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs storage in the area!

Lynda who runs the front desk is a charming and friendly woman who took the time to show me around and work with me on my storage needs. The rates are fair and the online service option is really convenient. It's a perfect location for us too: right in the heart of Alphabet City.

Sign up was smooth, Claudio at the counter is super helpful. The unit is decent and easy to access. They provide dollies. What I like best is that you can drive into the loading area, off the street.

This place worked out great for me in many ways. It was clean and well-ventillated. I never had a problem with door codes. And the best thing was the down-to-earth, friendly and helpful staff, with a extra star for Lynda.
(My only wish is that dogs were allowed but that's from an past era in New York City!)

Really friendly place. My mom has had a storage here for some time and I go with her once in a while she's elderly and always needs help with her space. When she goes in she makes sure to look for Krystal because she is the one to always help her get in to her space. I love the fact that my mom who's Spanish and doesn't speak English there's always Krystal and someone else to help her. The staff has always been helpful and the minute you walk in you can tell by how all the other people who rent here stop by to talk to them. Would recommend.

Incredible service and well priced units- especially for Manhattan! Lynda, Gus, Krystal, and Rachel were all extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. If I need storage services in the future I will happily return to Keepers Self Storage.

Great facility, easy access and Lynda at the front desk is awesome. The prices are reasonable too. I don't like having to use storage, but that's not their fault. They make it much easier for people who need to use it, and they remove the stress.
