While I cannot speak to Mr. Marshall's local knowledge or negotiation skills, I can, however, let you know that his consideration of residents' showing their homes is negligible, at best. He made a Friday, 9:00 AM showing appointment with our listing agent for his clients to see our home. He did this on the prior Thursday eve. So, being diligent sellers, early Friday morning we hurried our family, cleaned and readied our home, left with everyone, including our 60 lb. dog at 8:50 AM. We have a Ring camera, so we can see when there's activity - there was none. At 9:22 AM we contacted our listing agent to see if the showing had canceled. No, they hadn't canceled. At 9:59 AM we were notified by our agent that the showing had JUST been canceled!!! Meanwhile, I am missing work (I work from home) and our entire family and dog are stuck sitting in our vehicle for over an hour. He should have called/notified WAY before that. Even if it was just after 9:00 AM...it would have been better than his response - or lack thereof. I know who I will recommend for friends/colleagues/neighbors NOT TO HIRE for their real estate needs.

Rented a house through them. $200 of my deposit was kept because my landlord had to wipe out the lazy susan, and the fridge. Rent with caution.
